Regent Park Suíte Hotel — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I took my chance on this hotel as the one I usually go to in São Paulo was recently not at the level of expected. I was spot on choosing this hotel. even though it is not new, the hotel is very well-maintained and everything is spotless and fully functional. A room had a kitchenette, a living room, space, and a separate bedroom. The location is unbelievable in the middle of Oscar Freire, a high-end shopping district. ||The hotel is very safe. It has a courtesy breakfast that has everything you could expect, including freshly squeezed fruit juices, fresh fruit, freshly made eggs at your liking upon request, and all sorts of bakery and cold cuts. ||The service is more than friendly and helpful. ||Since it’s always good to leave some room for improvement, I would only suggest that they update their mirrors in the bathrooms as the one in my room was a little bit old, and they could put additional lighting in the living room area. ||However, this is an excellent choice when traveling to Sao Paulo and I will definitely be staying again for my next trip . That is probably the best location you can find in Jardins right at the heart of Oscar Freiere . The other option is a snooty hotel almost cross the road at four to five times the price . I have not seen or tried the facilities at the hotel and thus I cannot comment on that . However , the breakfast was adequate for a hotel of that nature with plenty of choice . The hotel is clearly dated but not obsolete and that is clearly reflected in the price you pay . Should they renovate or upgrade the hotel which they may do the price will not be anywhere near what it is now . So if you tight as well as picky i suggest you go elsewhere as you cannot have it both ways . Should i go to Sao Paulo again i will certainly put it on the top of the list for location...

Para empezar, hay que mencionar el principal aspecto que destaca a Regent Park: su ubicación. Estar en Jardins es un verdadero lujo. Esta zona de la ciudad, para uno como turista es especialmente segura y si vas acompañado de una persona que guste de las compras, te va a adorar por escoger este hotel. El lugar en general funciona bien, con pequeños detalles que si mejoraran, harían la experiencia mucho más confortable. ||Veamos. Las camas en la habitación doble no son tan cómodas y me parece que son muy pequeñas. El piso del dormitorio y el living tiene alfombra. Me parece que debería reemplazarla por cerámicos. Es mucho más higiénico y fácil de mantener. Fuera de esto, la cocina y baño andan muy bien. La ducha del nuestro tenía ventana hacia al parque y al estar en el piso 12, la vista durante el baño era magnífica. Adoré eso.||||Otro aspecto importante: el personal.||Creo que deberían sonreír más. Lucían cansados y tal vez la administración deba considerar este tema para el bien de trabajadores y pasajeros. Puede que algo no ande bien.||En el front desk falta esa energía que he percibido en otro hoteles. Como dato, tuve un problema con la impresora y si bien enviaron a alguien, esta persona no conocía el tema. Terminé solucionándolo por mi cuenta. Son los pequeños detalles que bajan el nivel de confort en la experiencia hotelera. Regent Park tiene todo para lograrlo. Depende ellos. Les dejo esta humilde opinión esperando les sirva para mejorar. ||||Notas al cierre:||||A) a dos cuadras del hotel caminando por Oscar Freire, está el supermercado Pão de Açúcar. Ideal para comprar agua y cervezas baratas. Genial.||||B) a la vuelta de la esquina, hay un excelente opción para comer ricas hamburguesas. Se va a acordar de mi: P.J. Clarke's se llama. Dato fijo.||||C) si su acompañante, esposa, amigo o amiga gusta de de las compras, cuide la tarjeta de crédito. El hotel está rodeado por un circuito de tiendas que pueden hacerle gastar un poco más de lo presupuestado. La tentación es grande.||||D) no deje de ir al Parque do Ibirapuera.
