Well a very bad experience. For me milk products are like poison and my liver can not process it, so eating this can address me to a liver collapse very quickly. I double checked with the personal about options to eat without milk because I am highly allergic. They offered me a Cesar Salad and a few minutes later I got my meal, I asked the same person if the dressing of the salad (already on the salad) had milk or any dietary product, she confirmed that no because it is just mayonnaise. I started eating and immediately I felt the reaction in my stomach… Guess what?? I went to check again with a different person what is inside the dressing, he asked the person of the kitchen, who was eating on her break, and she said in proper Portuguese “Creme de leite” which is in English “Milk cream”. I was already in pain but luckily I noticed before eating a deathly quantity. This problems are an absolutely not go for a restaurant and I will start a judicial process right away with my lawyers in São Paulo. After waiting an hour and still no food we had to leave to not miss our flight. We explained to the server multiple times and they insisted we pay for two meals, an appetizer, a water, and an aperol spritz. Since we never received our food, had not drank our water, and only a few sips of the spritz, we told them we were not paying. I just ate the worst Caesar salad of my life here. The chicken was chewy and had a green outer layer, obviously microwaved from frozen. Lettuce was old and mushy. Cheese tasted like expired great value cheese too. Save yourself don’t eat here!! The 5 star reviews are bots or they are people that have never eaten decent food in their lives, respectfully.
