041825 x4 star -Good Place to buy milk tea from time to time. -normalize asking customer for rewards points -printer doesn't print (with receipt you can still claim points later on. -not so great with hot drink being sealed properly, got home and notice that it leaked, broke the bag and spilled on the car floor(luckily its not carpet. -1 employee does all. -again good place to buy and will visit from time to time. June082025 x1 star -normalize asking for points card. -Owner doesn't ask for Societea points. -I scanned my barcode but didn't register. -printer not working ( for points purposes, you can still earn it if they forgot to scan your societea barcode)

Finally a cha time in Barrie. Good location, in a plaza with other stores. Plenty of parking. Moderate seating, only few tables and many smaller higher tables along the wall. The seats are comfy and the whole place has a cozy feeling. The employees were friendly and the drinks were good. Second visit: The staff are always friendly. They have an ipad(?), a device where you can input your phone number to claim cha time points if you forget your card. Also the seats along the wall are REALLY COMFY. I wish I could have sat longer. They also have a wall outlet under the table so you can charge your phone. They also do Uber eats .

Basically perfect! Would definitely recommend for good bubble tea... Or simply tea in general! Wish I asked for less sugar though... A bit too sweet for me. But they have sugar amount options, so that’s on me. Not five stars since I’m saving that for something that’s literally out of this world. I have no complaints. If you have the chance, give Chatime a try! Of course, not everyone will love it (many people don’t like bubble tea or tea in general), but if you like this sort of thing, it’s delicious!

Love this place. I go in trying to order something different every time & a lot of the time I will ask the employees to surprise me or make me something they think I would like; Every time I do this, they never fail. I love every drink they have made me- from strong tea types to fruit tea drinks, always so taster and refreshing! The toppings are also always fresh, I often see them preparing fresh boba when I’m in & all the teas are always made with care. If I could personally afford to drink here everyday I would. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in, no matter how busy they always take the time to greet who walks...

I’ve been coming to Chatime for quite some time and I must say - the last few times have been inconsistent and an extremely under whelming. Both times I have visited has been the same particular staff member making the drinks, this particular member on the team seems to need better training or more supervision to ensure things are up to standard.

Tonight I ordered 2 large Chocolate Hazelnut Delight milk teas, and I watched the girl making the drinks incorrectly measure the amount needed to fill both drinks and she used 1/4 of extra water in both making the drink extremely watered down. Last time the drink was far too sweet.
