Nice store and the shooting cage is really cool. but I have to say the skate sharpening it terrible. This is the second time I have had to return to get them re done. If someone is not competent in skate sharpening do not have them doing it. I got them done last Saturday and played Sunday morning and it ruined my game. They did re sharpen last night, no questions asked which is great service and have to say that the staff are very helpful and courteous. I will be using the store again but not for sharpening.

Brought in my skates for a profile and sharpening. Greg was extremely helpful a d explained that at Al's they do a quad profile and I've never done one before so we went with quad zero. Had a rough time and couldn't get used to it and had to bring the skates back.

This is where I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Greg listened to what issues I had and took the time to speak with me in detail about where the blade wasnt "touching"

Greg then did a quad 1 profile and even recommended a different hollow than I usually get and holy wow are they great now. Skates feel amazing and the quad 1 profile was amazing. I didnt have to repay to get the fixed either. Definitely coming back here again.

Went in to look for hockey equipment and was looking around and no one asked if I needed help with anything. I then stood at customer service desk for quite some time waiting for a staff to help me....I started to get fed up waiting and there were two guys chatting away at the counter about personal stuff so I thought thru were friends waiting for their skates to be sharpened. I went up to the 2 boys and asked of they knew if anyone was working here or not and the 1 boy said he was. I was shocked that he worked there and just let me stand there waiting for so long while he socialized with a friend he knew and why was there only 1 staff member working in the whole store?!? I would not recommend this place there prices are high and staff do not seem to care about...
