Kung Fu Tea on Fairview St (Burlington) — Restaurant in Burlington

Been here twice now! I really enjoyed it both times.

Parking- it's a big parking lot, there's lots of space.

Inside- there's about 4 tables inside the place which can accommodate small groups.

The staff is very friendly!

The drinks are good and I feel the tea taste is stronger here which I like. It may be a bit on the sweet side so 50% sugar is perfect. The price is pretty standard for most milk tea places and quite a few include toppings. I haven't tried anything other than the milk tea yet so not sure about that.

The waffle is well made and nice and light! (Forgot to snap a pic before eating) Crispy and fresh tasting. I recommend the red bean + vanilla ice cream add-on for a bit of extra indulgence 🤤

Overall I'm glad to see more milk tea places come to Burlington and this one is definitely one...

Edit #2: Went in again today with a drink on the house to make things right as per my last review. I had a much better experience today with the customer service. The staff member working today at noon was super friendly! Thanks for a great experience and I will be back :)

Edit: Went in today for another bbt run and was very disappointed. I was rudely told off by the staff that they would no longer honour their 20% off promotion (even though I went in Oct7th and their promotional post I showed them says until Oct 8th). I really really want to support the store but the way I was told off today was not the customer service I was initially shown....

Went to put my straw into my bubble tea and the plastic cup completely shattered/cracked and spilled everywhere all over me. I kinda looked up at the guy working like what the heck and he offered to make a new one but a small size (I ordered a large) then he took what was left of my cracked cup and added it to the new cup to make up a large. He said to put the straw in the middle so that doesn't happen.. which i did in the first place. Have been here 4 times in the last couple weeks with a great experience. Unfortunately today it almost felt like it was my fault that the cup completely cracked and spilled all over me.. won't be coming back...
