Iโve been a regular visitor to this cafe for almost two years now, typically stopping by in the evenings after work. Iโve always enjoyed the ambiance and quality of service here. Although some of the long-standing staff have changed, my overall experience has remained consistently positive.
There was an issue once by one of their employees behaving very rudely and that might have been the last day for me to come back here but I want to acknowledge how swiftly it was addressed by their regional manager, Vaibhav. His prompt resolution and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Vaibhav!

As a hospitality student, Harpreet applies his knowledge and skills brilliantly, significantly enhancing my visits. However, my encounters with their Doordash service have been consistently disappointing. Over the past few orders, I've faced three separate incidents that raise concerns. I don't know if the workers become negligent or lax when dealing with DD orders, but I ordered an iced latte the other day and it LITERALLY smelled and tasted like expired milk. I thought maybe I was tripping or something, so I had my sister and boyfriend try it, and they spat out the first sip they took. Also, there seem to be issues with keeping their menu on Doordash updated. Twice, I placed an order and completed the payment, only to receive a notification that the item was not available in-store. Instead of providing a full refund for the unavailable item, they replaced it with something I hadn't asked for. For instance, I ordered a chocolate twist danish for $5.70, but they didn't have it, so they refunded me only $2 and substituted it with a coffee walnut muffin. I'm just wondering how everything would play out if I had a severe nut allergy. This lack of proper communication and consideration is ridiculous and could be a major problem for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions. Their was a lady at the front of the till, she took a while to get their and not paying attention to the other customer.
When she finally got their I said hello, she said hi.
Anyways I asked her for a medium iced coffee with caramel syrup with regular milk, no oat milk she was like " what what what?" " hold on a second, so it's, " and she started counting the order as I said it.
But when I asked for if she could put just a splash of milk, she said " and theires milk up at the front?" In a very rude way.
I said okay, but could you please put me just a little som she put her hand up and said " stop ". " anything else? " it's like she doesnt want to hear it. like go away.
After paying. I told her assistance not to sweet, she told her and the taste... VERY VERY sweet, caramel syrup way to intense. So no thank you not coming here ever again. Rude and unacceptable before you have this job go fix your attitude. the one who she was talking to me. No respect for the customer.
