There is no policy posted at their locations about these rules of buying multiples based on hot or cold You will just be told by front counter staff that these are the rules

Terrible service Attempted to buy a multi pack They had none ready Offered to wait Was told We could wait but they would then charge individually for the 4 buns cause they were hot I shared I was looking to purchase the multi pack not individual roles Was firmly told that these are the rules I walked away so no sale for the store How is that for rules. They don't even deserve 1 star for making my 3 year old sad. Their debit/credit machine does not work. I thought there was something wrong with my card, so I immediately called my bank and they said there is nothing wrong with my card at all, and that it's the vendor who has a bad machine. One time by chance I got an extra piece of twist for free because the staff said it’s ripped/broken so it couldn’t be sold. Another time a different staff didn’t ask if I wanted it to stay or go and it was cold and not as fresh. I watched as they brushed the glaze on my twist to make it look better after I paid for it.
