Kernels Popcorn — Local services in Calgary

I went here on 07/18/2023. I ordered two large popcorns, asking for the upgrade using my AMA membership to upgrade to a large from a medium is free. I was given attitude about it, stating that was only to be a "one time per card" offer, (or something like that?) Nowhere in the terms or restrictions n the AMA site, did it state that it was a one time use offer. After politely explaining this to the lady working, she was quite snotty to me and said that that was their rule, but she would do it for me this one time. Besides the fact, my daughter has her own membership, which I never even had the opportunity to explain to her. She went on to explain how there was another offer currently available, for buying two mediums and getting a third free. Both represented an equal value, so I don't see what difference it makes. I didn't appreciate that she was so snotty to me and clearly didn't value our business. She kept carrying on about it, and acted very put out by having to honor this offer. I stopped at this location September 17th 2025 around 5pm and the girl working wasn’t friendly at all. (which isn’t the first time Ive dealt with rude or blunt staff at this location) I asked to mix 2 flavours and she marked the bag with both flavours but only filled the bag with one which was white cheddar, but it was the most bland popcorn I’ve ever had from Kernels, no white cheddar flavour whatsoever. I could deal with the rude staff if my order was at least correct and tasted good, but bad customer service and can’t do your job properly.. So disappointed and will not be going to this...

Ordered the 8oz black popcorn machine, spent $300. It came with a burnt out light. Talked with customer service and they kept ignoring me, finally they told me they would send a new one. It’s been 10 months and still no light bulb. They have horrible...
