Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

I order from this location because this is very close to my home. I generally had a good experience at this location with a few bad as exception. I have ordered 100+ pizzas from this location alone. However, the quality of their pizzas is getting degraded day by day. On Tuesday, I order an extra large (16") pizza for dinner. When I received the pizza, it was paper thin and almost weightless. Looks like the amount of dough used was meant for a median-size pizza. The cheese was almost non-existing and toppings were less than half of usual. The pizza was tasteless & was the worst I had. Looks like someone (who prepared it) wanted to screw the customer. And this is not the first time, this is becoming a norm now. It was a complete waste of money. This location is getting worse and I don't know why is this still open. Not sure if this location got a new owner who wanted to really screw his/her business with bad quality pizza. I really want Pizza Hut and Domino's to open in this locality & Papa John will learn a lesson with zero sales. And another worst thing is, they send you a feedback request the next day but they never take any action or improve after reading the feedback (perhaps they don't...

Probably the most inconsistent pizza place in Calgary. Everytime theres something different then the last pizza for ex. To much sauce, the crust isn't even around the whole pizza, the cheese isn't evenly distributed etc. One time I asked how MANY bread sticks come in a small box. And he didnt give me a number. He put up his hands and gave the dimensions of the box and said "this many" if someone cant tell me how many pizza sticks are in a small box then I dont want him making my pizza either. Ordered a Pizza at about 2pm to be delivered at between 4 and 4:30..I don't recommend this option. I suspect the pizza was cooked at about 3pm and sat under a warming light for an hour or so..when It got here, it was barely warm and as dry as a bone. Very disappointing as I said to my wife 'let's splurge a bit and get Papa John's instead of Boston Pizza..more expensive but worth it'. Sorry, Papa John's..not the worst pizza I ever had..(certainly not fresh)..but darn close to it. It will be a while before a place an order with you...
