I find that the people who get great customer service here are typically interior designers. I have purchased 2 rugs and a full length wood framed mirror. For each purchase....I received no help from anyone on the store floor. No one asking if I needed help and no one approaching me after standing in the same spot and going through close to 200 pattern samples for the rugs. I literally had to walk from one end of the store to the other carrying the samples I wanted to order. When I finally got someone and told them I wanted to order a custom size. I was told it was very expensive. I said I know. To be fair I don't dress like someone who would appear to have money and I don't wear make-up and my hair is always in a messy top knot. But nevertheless, leading with 'it is very expensive' doesn't inspire a potential buyer. I hate that this store has no competition....their products are second to none, when taking into account quality and pricing. I know I will buy again again here...knowing full well that I will have to 'accept' bad customer service and just take it 'on the chin.' So hopefully, if this store does occasionally read the Google reviews, they will improve their customer service. But..I'm not...

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Cornerstone Furniture to read this review first. I spent over $10,000 on furniture with them, and the customer service I received has been horrible.

Within the first year, we noticed excessive pilling on our couch even after trying to de-pill many time, so I reached out via email while it was still under warranty. That email was completely ignored along with multiple other emails afterwards. A few months later, I visited the store in person. The manager apologized and assured me the issue would be addressed but again, I received no follow-up.

When I called the store a month later, I was told my claim was now outside the warranty period, despite the fact that I had contacted them within the timeframe. I've now been chasing a resolution for over six months, only to be told they will not do anything.

Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers once the sale is complete. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT spend your hard earned money on products from Cornerstone. If you ever have an issue with a product they will not do...

Horrible experience in store. I had to track down a salesperson and when i did they were pretty rude and dismissive. I was expecting a high end experience considering their outrageously high prices. Furniture is definitely way overpriced for what it is. Not super great quality and it all comes from overseas. I should have listened to the negative reviews i had heard around town from friends and family but i wanted to give them a chance. Definitely won't be coming back!

Reply to Owner's Response: The unhelpful, condescending sales man was named Roland. I can't name every single piece in your store as the sky high prices seem to be a trend storewide. If I must name a couple things the Northcliff Sideboard and cow hide rugs are priced ridiculously high. And just because you don't want to take responsibility for your staff and the outrageous prices in your store does not make this review inaccurate. Perhaps you should take this opportunity to not become immediately defensive and take this review as constructive criticism to make your store better.
