The tacos were not good at all... i tried 4 differnt singles at 7$ each which is a premium price they really should have been $4.50 or $5.00 each they were small and the flavours just werent good to the point after the first one i only took one bite of the others and left them on the plate. The nachos were ok but legit had NO cheese it had that cheese stuff u get at the movie theatre with the circle chips its usually from a bag...and the chorizo was like basically jacks links... the beef jerky stuff softer and tasty but there was 4 pieces on it thats it.... trust me ive been to about 20 taco places in the gta and surrounding area because tbh my wife is like the biggest polish taco lover ive ever met. We both had stomach problems all night after eating this. I dont understand the reviews i have a feeling people around here just have never had authentic mexican tacos or even good tacos so they think this place is neat. (Something i call the white people sydrome, where white walmart tortillas and cheeze whiz is good enuf.) They have the ambiance down and it looks like a cool bar but please dont head here for dinner. The foods not good the cider was i would say very very good and so were all the drinks * we had water and ice tea otherwise ....but thats about it so go here for drinks def big skip on the food. For refrence i had the salty pork which somehow tasted like canned fish..... or spammm...... i had the buffalo blue cheese which is tooo HEAVILY dressed nuggets with buffalo covered ina couple piece of blue cheese and it was just buffalo sauce mouth no flavor other than vinegar also i had 2 others but ill be honest i took 1 bite of each and threw it out to the plate because it was gross. The kids nugget i got for my daughter was all cheap dark meat and 3 little pieces.... not fingers not breast strips like 3 pieces of small thumb size pieces. No joke. Yeah go for the drinks have some chips skip the processed guac get sone salsa watch mabye something on netflixs previews cuz theres nothign actually on. And leave. Thats my advice . If you know and like mexican cuisine its all disappointment...
Read moreFirst time at this location in Cambridge. We are big fans of the Mule Restaurant and often drive an hour to go to the Hamilton or London restaurant and have visited the Port Dover location in the summer. The service staff were friendly but service was very slow, and not very attentive. When we were sat it took at least 10-15 minutes for someone to come over to take our order (there were only 3 other tables sat in the room). We actually laughed because we were convinced they forgot about us. After we ordered it took a very long time for our guacamole appetizer to come out. When it did arrive, it was actually delicious!! The staff seemed to be laughing together and enjoying themselves at work, which was nice to see and made us smile. However, we again waited a long time for food! Which if it had been busy, we would totally be ok with, but it was quiet not at all. When our tacos did finally come out, at least 50 minutes after we ordered them, they were quite cold, which tells us they were cooked but not served for quite a while. We weren't really upset about the wait per se as we weren't in a rush, but we do expect our food to be hot when we finally get it... this food was cold. As for taste, the flavour and quality of the Brussel sprout taco was actually the best one I've had between all 4 locations, and their broccoli one was very good, too. If they had been hot (or even warm!), I'd probably rank this restaurant first in flavour... (with the exception of the salty pig taco, which, in our opinion, wasn't great, and we both thought tasted like (cold) canned flakes of ham in a tortilla.) For dessert, the chocolate pot was the best one my husband has had, and the cinnamon chocolate churro waffles were good too. So, all in all, would we go back? Yes, if we were in the area, we would. But since we have to drive a significant distance (at least an hour) to get to each location, this would not be the first one we would choose to drive to. Will we give them another chance at...

This is a review for the management team.
It’s the Sunday night of a long weekend and we have a reservation for two at 7:00pm. Your staff is scrambling, looks overwhelmed, and is not communicating. Why are they so unprepared?
We sit down and it takes close to ten minutes for anyone to say hello. We place a drink order. The drinks don’t arrive, and we assume the person who took the order left, because we haven’t seen her since. Another server comes to take our food order. We explain we’ve ordered drinks and are waiting for them. We watch as he scrambles to go make the drinks, while also trying to manage several other tables, close cheques, greet new tables, etc.
We're watching a team of staff trying their best to compensate for some form of mismanagement unfold in real-time. It's brutal.
It's close to 7:40pm and we're just getting our drinks, so we have little faith the rest of the evening will go well. We decide to leave. For what it’s worth, the drinks were good.
I have some level of empathy here, because I've been part of these nights on the other side of the table. It's awful, and as a server, you can only do so much. But with the prices you’re charging, there’s no excuse for this type of experience.
Your staff looked defeated tonight. We watched another table of two walk out before they were acknowledged. We came prepared to pay what you're charging, but everything we witnessed made it clear it wasn’t going to be worth it.
People’s pockets are tight right now. Your only differentiator are things like your staff, atmosphere, and quality of service. Get this stuff wrong and people won’t stay or come...
