Kay is very professional guy, I had a broken subwoofer, He did not charge me anything for diagnostics, and when he found the problem, he promptly updated me regarding the problem and explained everything. After getting my approval, he went ahead with the repairs. To fix my broken JBL subwoofer he went over and beyond. Super happy with his service and his professionalism turnaround time is usually one week to two week.
