By far the worst Tim hortons Canada has to offer. This owner has another location nearby on Hespeler road and the customer service at both locations has to be rated last and second last in customer service of any Tim hortons all time. Weather it’s the rude staff, the so called supervisors who don’t have a name tag and you just gotta take their word for it that there supervisors, weather it’s the owner who tells the staff not to give customers what they want, in my case a medium coffee in a large cup so that it doesn’t spill while I’m driving.
I’ve probably been to every Tim horrors in Ontario due to my job, weather it’s Windsor or Toronto or London or Cambridge I’ve never ever had anyone tell me that I had to pay for a large coffee simply because I wanted a medium poured into a large cup. This is something I literally do 3 times a day at different locations, this atrocity of a Tim hortons is the only one that consistently refuses to fulfil such a trivial request. I even offered to do it myself, I asked that they give me a large cup on the side and I’ll pour the medium coffee into the large cup myself, and they refused, they said they can only give me a medium cup on the side. It’s as if their aim is to upset customers and make sure they don’t come back.
If 15 percent of Tim hortons locations were like this there drive thru’s and stores would be empty. I’ve complained to head office, we will soon find out If Tim horrors values their customers, one these for sure, these 2 locations and this joke of an owner do not. Google should invent a zero star rating and call it the water street Tim’s modification cause one star is one too...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. They don't have any respect for their customers. They talk rude and have attitude for nothing. This is the 2nd time I have had bad experience with them. May be this is what they are good at. I placed an online order for an iced Capp and a coffee. They didn't had an iced Capp, which is okay. I understand that's something it is not in their control. But when we asked for a refund for the money I paid for the iced Capp, they started showing attitude and said they can't do the refund in a very rude way. This is the first time i had to ask for a refund, so obviously I don't know how the process works to get the refund for the product I paid for at Tim Hortons. Instead they yelled saying call the customer service for the refund. They definitely need some customer service classes and how to talk to a customer. I was not rude when I asked for a refund. If there is a different process to get the refund, it should have been explained to the customer, instead of saying they can't do a refund. I work closeby and all my colleagues use to come here for breakfast and lunches. Never coming back to this time Hortons, just because of the rude employees they have at this location. I am really really disappointed as a customer. I don't expect more, but just some basic etiquettes and manners, which a Canadian has, obviously these are exceptional people. A simple walk through of the refund process should have changed this whole process. I work in a custom t centric industry and this experience is going to be shared by me to all of my trainees and colleagues, of how to not talk...
Read moreI normally come here almost everyday. I always had a nice experience here but today when I came drive through and ordered large iced coffee with less ice. But they gave me one with extra ice. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t less ice and when I noticed that it’s not the one that I ordered. I went there again to just ask them. But instead of accepting there mistake, the guy on the window started making excuses that he didn’t make it. So I asked him to call the person who made it. Only thing that I wanted was an apology but that guy ( maybe his name was Sakash) said you drank it and coming after drinking it. So I just reminded him that I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFILL OR ANY EXCHANGES. Then some another guy came in frame asked what coffee it was so I said same thing again that I don’t want another coffee, I only wanted them to accept that they don’t listen to what somebody is ordering. I myself used to work at Wendy’s a long time ago, I understand when it’s busy that mistakes happen. But one should be responsible enough to accept them. We all are adults and should know apologize when we are wrong and people like this guy are really letting the...
