Update. The wings are nice but I can find them $7.00 per pound cheaper elsewhere. The Ceasar Salad is a good price. You can have your supper here rather than having to go out which is nice. There is no powder here for your hands. I bring my own. Would be nice if there were snooker balls as well as the spots and stripes. Give the customer a choice. I plan on buying me a cheap set in the future. At times the music is too loud. There is a urine stink in the bathroom. Could be a plumbing issue? I have mentioned this to the owner. Not sure what her plans are? I can smell it right out into the pool area near the table at the front. The TV's are a great idea for sports. The place is nice and laid out but one must be careful when it is full as you can drive your cue in the butt of the person on the table beside you. There are not anywhere enough rakes for the tables. I have told this to the owner as well. You have to go looking for one. There should be 2 at ever table. Would be nice if they had the old 6x12 tables. But with the 4x8's you can have more tables in which means more revenue. I miss the smell of cigar smoke and old time music like in the old days but that is something that is lost to the past. The bar area is nice. Emma is cute and a great waitress. I will check the website when done here and see if they list the rates for pool. I find this very confusing as it is different each day and past and before 5pm. I just paid $28.35 for 1.5 hours of pool. That is a rip off. Nice to have a big place like this around as Galt used to have 4 pool halls back in the 70's. Riverside, Rosie's, Lansdowne and Ray's. All long gone now. At least we have a place to play pool. Saturdays are busy. Me and a friend went there twice on Saturdays and had a hour wait for a table which we did not do. I then found out that you can reserve one. We did this once and it solved the problem. The location is great as it is in a mall where you can pick up your groceries as well,...

Where can I even begin, I guess with a rating!

I got the seafood boil and cheese wontons. The cheese wontons were crispy, full, creamy, full of a warm melt in your mouth cream cheese mix paired with a deliciously spicy, tangy, and sweet chilli Thai sauce. 8.7/10

The seafood boil honestly deserves a reviews of its own. The seafood was incredibly fresh, tender and absolutely delicious. The sauce paired together smoothly with defusing pepper and spice levels that were just right, with the perfect level of sweetness, and saltiness to back it up. The sauce was cooked with what appears to be onions and other aeromatics which reduces so nicely, that you could scoop it up an enjoy it on its own. The muscles were in themselves impressive, because as an avid enjoyer of seafood, muscles have always been something that I disliked. This was the only exception. The muscles were tender, fresh, and perfectly absorbed all the flavors of the boil, and had little to no fishy background 9.7/10

All and all, not only was it not only the best seafood boil I've ever eaten with an added bonus of a $30 price tag, it was one of the best things I've EVER eaten.

To finalize, id love to give a shout out to three very exceptional members of staff, the lady who runs things the wonderful Hannah! The charming kind Megan, and the outgoing hilarious Won. Cheers to all you guys

If you haven't come already, come Friday and Saturday specifically for the seafood boil!...

EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. I had high hopes for a pleasant dining experience but unfortunately, my expectations were not met.

Firstly, the taste of the food was not up to par. The dishes lacked flavor and were not prepared to the standard that I would expect from a restaurant of your caliber. Additionally, the menu was misleading, as the descriptions did not accurately reflect the dishes that were served.

Furthermore, the service was extremely poor. The wait times were excessively long, and the staff was rude and unwelcoming. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good service, and this was evident in their attitude towards us as customers. To make matters worse when we couldn’t tip due to the prices we were ignored and given attitude which was very surprising and inconvenient.

Finally, whenever we ordered something, it took an unreasonable amount of time for the food to be brought out. This made us feel like we were being ignored and that our patronage was not valued.

Overall, my experience at your restaurant was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I hope that you take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure that your customers have a more positive experience...
