I placed an order today Sunday 10/23/2022 at 4:07 through the mobile app for pick up and after i it showed me it’s ready for pick up i went there and they still making it i have waited 10 minutes I thought they run out of what i have ordered and they we’re making it fresh… when I got my order and went back to my place seems the toppings were wrong the steak tasted old and they put to smell it not to taste it foot long half of it empty of steak just to swear i have eaten steak lol bad service bad restaurant never ever gonna try it again repping money if you order through app thats a different story when I went and i have waited 10 more minutes and the store was empty with two employees chilling around and been lat to return to work the other sandwich chicken…. Thank you for bad service and bad customer service that’s not to mention safety other there I kept half of both sandwiches for proof and all i got for their customer service is At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. Normally all order have minimum 15 minutes preparation time after you place your order. Some time if staff is busy then usual might take little more time but it’s not case today. you received your order after 15 minutes of your order placed. Still I will shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service which is template fill and send even he didn’t answer my main concern lol 26 minutes my order had to be ready. Read moreWas at Plaza after work to pick up some smokes at the convenience store next to Subway but they had a sign in window ''back in 5 minutes''. While waiting outside by the storefront I decided to go into Subway and pick up something for dinner. What I got was horrendously rude service. He started off casually asking me if it was cold out and told him not really just rainy. While I was looking at the menu board to decide on something to get he then said in a very unpeasant way ''If I wanted to stay in side to get out of the cold I could but not for long'' With the weather being cool and rainy he just automatically assumed I'd gone in to get out of the cold.. I stated I have to look at the menu to figure out what I was going to get, then I asked him why he said that to me that and if he even wanted me as a customer since he was being rude about me being there looking at the boards. He simply said ''that's how I talk''.I told him he needed to not speak to people that way. Well your rude way of speaking to people lost you any more patronage from me. Next time I go to the convenience store at the plaza next door for something and decide to pick up food I'll go out of my way to Mr. Sub in downtown area from now on. Management needs to deal with rude custmer service since it sounds like the same guy has been rude to others from what it says in other reviews.The rude Indian man does not have good customer service...
Read moreEmployee this afternoon around 3pm said I "took to long" in washroom and that I was "no longer aloud to use it again". I took 10 minutes TOPS only because whoever used the washroom last had a rather dense last meal that I tried to flush 3 times waiting in between flushes so I didn't make a mess which resulted in nadda. So I washed my hands and went to order but before I even said a word the employee made his comments about my lengthy washroom visit and notified me of my life time ban as he simultaneously prepared a customer's sandwich. That's when I told him about the neglected unsanitary, clogged toilet and it seemed as though he either didn't understand what I was saying or that he wished I didn't say that while making someone's sandwich. Well hey, if he never mentioned anything about the washroom I wouldn't have mentioned the issue until it was appropriate since I did have plans to sit down and eat my sub. Glad I decided to go else where. Mr. Sub is Canadian and has better subs. I choose to support them...
