I called 10min before closing asking if she had salmon (of course they did) I was on the other side of town and she said she would wait for me . My son was having a full blown melt down .i pulled over to console him . By this point 10 min came and went I drove there anyway . To my surprise she stayed open . I was also greeted by 3 amazing smiling young ladies . That was Tuesday 20th February I believe. As a busy mother all days roll into one . They were very kind and they seem to be happy 😊 Thank you ladies the salmon was amazing . This is an example of not true customer services . But is an example of true kindness . These young ladies did not have to do that. They didn't even have to answer the phone. So thank you I appreciate that you waited for me . forever customer consumer of one fish two fish .

I have no idea about anything to do with fish or seafood. My in-laws fish religiously so we always get our salmon and halibut fresh from them. Now I know why! salmon is expensive!! I picked out one piece that was actually fairly small and the price was 220$!!. The girl working did a lovely job explaining to me all the different kinds and how the salmon were different with where they come from and the waters they are in etc. Was cool to learn. I got a cheaper previously frozen piece for 45$ and it was lovely. I got a run which looked like cajun but ended up being a brown sugar rub, my bad for not reading the ingredients. I enjoyed looking around even though I am not a huge seafood person. I do love my salmon tho!. Great quality and...

The new store looks great with lots of off street parking and easy access. When I visited there was a few customers, but not what I would have thought overly many and the service was bad. I wanted six lobster tails and the person behind the counter pointed at a stand up freezer and said "they are over there, in that freezer", leaving me with other questions that were asked and answered, then the task of trying to carry $150 dollars, six large (baseball size) worth of frozen lobster by myself , in my hands, which I almost dropped. Stress I didn't want. Got cooking instructions which worked out great, the food was wonderful, we had a great meal, it's only the quality of service which has caused me to wait so long to...
