Had a wonderful experience with Cassandra yesterday. Walking in I immediately noticed how clean and well kept the store was, a very welcome change over some other stores. Cass greeted me very warmly and asked if there was anything she could help me out with. I'm relatively new to Cannabis products and their accessories, so I did have some questions about the quality of certain strains and when best to use one over another, as well as accessory recommendations. Cass was extremely patient and knowledgeable about everything I was curious about. She spent more time with me than I probably deserved but by the end of it I walked out feeling like I got the most out of my purchase. Sure enough, after I got home and tried out the product that she had recommended, it was exactly what I was looking for and I was extremely satisfied, especially after my last purchase from a different shop was lackluster. 10/10 experience and I will certainly be coming back as well as recommending this shop to...

Useless. Cash is legal tender. I'll never shop at a plant life again.

Update: I was contacted by Candace to talk about this encounter that I had and she is doing way more than I expected anyone to do. It seems to be an employee doing as she pleased and her not accepting my cash 10 minutes before closing doesn't reflect Plantlife policies or anything like that. I am still talking to management but I am very pleased with the response I have gotten from them so far.

literally the worst experience I have ever had at a cannabis store. I usually do go to this location; however, not after tonight. Whoever was working by herself this evening around 8 was so miserable from the minute we walked in. She gave my friend the wrong pack of pre rolls, which no big deal, it happens, but tried to tell my friend she ordered the wrong thing but then said she didn’t hear her. She refunds her & gives her the right pack. Then, I order my weed & realized after I paid that she also gave me the wrong pack. I only ever smoke sativa, so I know that’s what I ordered but she gave me an indica pack. I told her this & she said “well it’s just kind of annoying” & basically started throwing staplers, the machine, etc. It was honestly a joke & I couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was for HER mistake.
