Disappointed with Fan Park Security Handling
We had a frustrating experience at the Fan Park due to inconsistent and unhelpful security enforcement. One security guard told us that if our friend had his camera in pieces, it would be allowed in. But when we reached the entrance, a staff member named Gurpreet firmly said no and refused to let us speak to anyone else. She sarcastically remarked that the only other people to talk to were at Rogers Place, then laughed—which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Things got worse when they wouldn’t let us leave with our friend or even hand him his phone, leaving him completely without communication. We eventually reunited, but only after locating him on the other side of the gate by chance.
Thankfully, one of the other security staff was kind and apologetic and admitted the situation could have been handled better.

Read moreWorst experience with the security. I know that you can not take any water bottles or your own beverages. I completely respect that. Security told me to leave my water bottle ( I do not drink any alcohol)with them and collect it when I come back. I did that and when I came back to collect it once the game was over my water bottle was not there. I asked security personnel about it they said if you don't see it that means it's not here anymore and they had reasonable answers. I don't mind it it's just a water bottle I will buy a new one. But if security personnels ask to leave our belongings with them at the desk before you enter the fan park then they should take care of them and not...
