Worst printing experience ever! I can’t believe I expected racism treatment from an Indian lady! It was my first time to print a large size printing and I didn’t know the exact way of making it. So I dropped into the front desk and ask for help with the sizes. Instead of helping, she asked me to give the exactly number with very rude tone! She could just put it on the laptop and give suggestions, or ask me nicely! While I was measuring the size (which only took me 10secs) she left immediately for other white costumers, smilingly, and put me to wait over 10 mins for further printing. I am glad after the long wait, there was a nice male worker dropped in and helped me with printing. Even though he also made mistakes, at least he is really polite! When the Indian lady done with other white customers, she stopped smiling, turned over and impatiently said the paper I required is gonna be expensive and take at least an hour! Her attitude was like I couldn’t afford the price and would make her so much trouble for doing it. I kept being humble for the entire conversation cuz I aware my printing sizes wasn’t clear enough. But I don’t care about the price it took, or the effort you put, cuz your job is printing and I will pay you for doing it. What she was doing was being racist and offensive. Clearly she didn’t wanna print my work. I wish this comment would been seen by the staples managers, it’s really shameful that this thing happened near a very international...
Read moreTerrible professionalism, unhelpful, rude and not being upfront about their services cost. I presented to this place today with a question regarding my printing. I want to make sure my double-sided papers align properly, which I am not sure from the website. I met Harshita at the printing station. She groaned and rolled her eyes at me when I ask the question and said “it gonna appear how it is.” I confirmed while showing them my paper that it would align like I want, which she replied “yeah just upload it and I will print it for you.” After I finished printing, the alignment was wrong as I was afraid. No apology or explaining were offered, just dead-stare. After that, they charged me 3 extra dollars for 1 hour total doc service for less than 15 mins of terrible attitude. This Services fee was not stated or posted anywhere at the station. If you want to save the online service fee of 1.99 by showing up in store (as “advice” by website), just know you will be charge for this. Also when I came back to ask a question she intentionally make me wait while”busy” herself with her co-worker’s job (who just standing there doing nothing) after telling her “it’s fine she has stupid question.” I spent 1 hour and 30 mins there for printing because I keep having to wait while it was not busy. Harshita treated me with a passive aggressive attitude starting from the first minute I was there until the end of...
Read moreJust really bad customer service. I’ve been here multiple times because it’s the closest store. Some of the employees seem to actively avoid me. When I ask for help they act like it is a chore and deal with me as quickly as possible. Just tried to by a usb wifi adapter. First person I walked up to walked away as soon as I got in his vicinity. Second person told me the isle but didn’t offer to help. I couldn’t find it, another employee ordered a fourth employee to show me where it was. He promptly handed me a usb Bluetooth adapter which was the wrong product and said check out was that way. I almost bought it before I read it and realized this is not what I was asking for. I searched some more by myself and found the shelf to be empty. When I asked an employee if they have any more they said if the shelf was empty probably not. It wasn’t even busy there was like 2 customers in the store. My average experience at...
