Not too impressed the last few times I've come in to check them. Prior to that there were some great visits. There always seems to be an excuse as to why there is next to zero stock and things are pretty inconsistent. The last purchase I made here also was one of the worst products I've smoked in 20 years. After being told it was one of the best. I went in a few days later to see if they had anything different and to explain how bad the nugs were. The girl working seemed surprised as she first described it as one of the best, after telling her how dry and disgusting it was she agreed. So basically admitting to selling me something I'm not going to like. I don't get the point of that other than to get rid of the garbage stuff. Are you trying to recommend good strains or just sell cheap ounces to get them out of your back room?

Update: I have been a regular customer for a few months now, I found my new go to store. I cannot possibly be happier to order there products. The staff is very knowledgeable ( Sabrina has helped me so many times, she is a savior) The staff treat you like a person not a money spender, they recommend or ask you your opinion. I then also look forward to hearing there opinions and don't feel like your being talked down to. Again I cannot express how happy I am to find a quality Cannabis store with the most decent prices in all of Hamilton, with high quality products and the Most top notch staff to boot. There online ordering system is so easy to use and can save you time if you are in a rush. A welcome addition to the neighbourhood, keep up the fantastic work and a big thanks to all the staff...

Extremely Frustrating Experience – False Closing Time

I’m beyond frustrated with this store. My shift ends at 9:30, and the only time I can stop by is shortly after. Every single time I’ve tried to go around 9:55, the doors are already locked—even though the website clearly states they close at 10 PM. If you’re going to close early, update your hours online so people don’t waste their time. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to advertise one thing and consistently do another. Don’t claim to be open until 10 if you’re going to shut your doors before then. I won’t be...
