Never again would I ever would I deal with Kate!!!!! Not a great experience! Spent a lot of $ —$5000! No delivery’s. Had to pay or pick up! Ordered custom chair! order specifically stated Soft foam. Was delivered to Kate -surprisingly it was never checked out by her,- was fully wrapped in plastic when I picked up and because it was snowing did not uncover. Got it home CAN’T sit on it ( have issues which Kate was fully aware of) and Kate refuses to deal with it! How’s that for customer service!!!! Do yourself a favor - don’t deal...

Had been everywhere looking for duvets and cover sets for our new cottage and checked out Kate & Co. website to find a great assortment. Within minutes of entering the store, I had found 2 sets of queen duvets and covers that are quite striking and not “chintzy” looking as many of the big box stores and online retailers. I can’t say enough about our experience with Kate. We had been looking for at least a year for furniture that was comfortable and that we both liked and were Discouraged until we entered Kate and co.
