Hands down my most favorite cheese shop ever!!

I was introduced to this lovely cheese shop by friends who were visiting from Kamloops. It was my first visit there and I really did feel like a "kid in a candy shop"...lol The selection was astounding to say the least! So many different cheeses I didn't think that I would get out of there. Being born in Germany and my mother's sister was from Marseilles France, I was able to experience some pretty delicious French and German cheese.

As I pursued the selection in the show case, there was a cheese that looked a lot like Camembert. I decided that I would try some of this cheese. I don't recall the French name for this cheese so I always referred to it as "cow cheese"! The owners just giggle with me as I ask for it.

Since that first time, I have gone to this Cheese mongers several times now!! I'm asked what I would like today and I always ask them what are their recommendations?

After a recommendation to visit this establishment, I too would recommend. Our day plans were to visit a cidery and a couple wineries with good friends and thought we should bring some sustenance. From the minute we walked in the door the, the service, the product and the atmosphere was spot on. We were shown and had an explanation on all the types of cheese and what would go with either white, red or rose wines. after lots of thought we choose 3 types of cheese plus a meat asset and some different crackers we were set. This place is amazing! If you’re looking for a business that is passionate about their product and their customer stop everything you’re doing and check them out ! Picked up a variety of cheeses, spreads, crackers, salami and a duck pâté yesterday, and I can’t stop thinking about how incredibly helpful the gentleman helping us was! He was very knowledgeable as well ! All that combined made the experience of eating all those items even better! Everything was of top notch quality!! 100 dollars later and we still have left overs for another round!! Worth every penny! We will be back 100%, there’s no reason to look elsewhere for us !!
