Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Local services in Kelowna

Over the past few weeks I have visited this location, looking for the gift packages of chocolate covered sea foam. Every time I was there they didn't have any in stock and their response was first that they would have some soon, but when they never ended up having any on the shelves their only response was that they had a lot of weddings coming up and did not have time to make any. They suggested I buy the smaller pieces of chocolate covered foam in their display case, but as this was a gift I did not want to hand someone a paper bag with treats in it. They were very dismissive and not friendly with their responses in any of the times that I inquired, continuing on with what they were doing instead of stopping to address me as a customer. I find this extremely poor customer service as around Father's Day, all they had available in gift packages (aside from boxes of chocolate) was chili flavored popcorn and a few bags of peanut brittle. As a business that has signage explaining what they sell, and not carrying a lot of it in stock for customers I was extremely disappointed.
