Careful if you have allergies! Despite a clear black and white note on the cash register indicating that for allergies we should contact the manager for more informations on the products, none of the three employees on Monday could answer me… I asked the young lady who takes the order if there was gluten in the soft vanilla ice cream. The lady said I don’t know. So I said, but it says on your cash register to ask for question about allergies. She turned to her colleague, asked and then turned back to me totally annoyed saying “we don’t know!!!” Not even trying to check a little more to find out!

I’m celiac! I cannot eat any trace of gluten so I need to ask for everything I eat out of home… Of course, there are very slim chances that there is gluten in vanilla ice cream but there could be… and If it is written that I should ask for allergies and I get answered “I don’t know” from them… then I believe I should not spend a cent in that place. I am putting a lot of energy to raise awareness on food intolerances and food allergies and stories like that annoys me. To the manager of the Dairy Queen carrefour Laval, to avoid further issues like that in the future, or even worst, dramatic food allergy reactions from your clients, please ensure you train all your employees on what to answer or give them a one pager summary with all allergens in...

We had a terrible experience at this place. A red-headed lady, who claimed to be the owner, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She mistakenly gave us the wrong order, and although we paid for what we actually ordered, she ran after us and accused us of stealing if we didn’t pay for her mistake. This happened while we were sitting there with our kids, clearly not trying to “steal” anything.

Despite the confusion being her fault, she never apologized and continued to act disrespectfully. We ended up paying for her mistake, but the whole encounter was upsetting and handled poorly. We won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. The service is...

The absolute worst experience. Ordered a cone and the server with glasses couldn't make it properly, also short changed me on the size. The cashier was stone faced, no smile and rude. This was July 15 late afternoon. The usual red head who also works there a lot was on break. She's not so friendly either but her replacement is the worst!
