I had a great experience the first time I visited this location, but unfortunately, my second and third visits were disappointing. On my second visit, I arrived at 10 AM to pick up an order. Despite the posted opening time, the doors were still closed. I waited for a bit and then went in front.. A woman who appeared to be the manager (who also looked mean) looked me up and down but said nothing. Thankfully, another employee came to assist me. I showed her my confirmation email, and she brought my order to the front. When I asked if I could enter the store, she told me they were doing the "visual" and that no customers were allowed in until it was done, which would take an hour. I asked if that meant they actually opened at 11 AM, and she insisted they opened at 10 AM (which doesn’t make much sense if customers aren’t allowed in). On my third visit, I came in to make a return. The same manager (I assume) tried to give me store credit instead of refunding to my original method of payment. I stopped by Mejuri hoping to pick up some flatbacks after seeing them online, but it turns out they weren’t available in-store. Julianna was incredibly sweet and helpful—I ended up exploring other options thanks to her, but realized that flatbacks were really what I wanted. She was so patient, answered my million-and-one questions, and showed me a variety of beautiful alternatives. Her colleague Renee was also super friendly and welcoming. Truly an amazing team! I’d shop here again in a heartbeat....

Store staff offered me 10% off and told me I could just provide a different email to get it despite having made previous purchases. They forgot to apply it, then refused to honor it afterward with contradictory excuses. No receipt, no box, nothing. Be careful buying in-store, they make promises they don’t keep, and you can’t return items. Safer to buy online where returns/service...
