Kernels — Local services in Laval (administrative region)

Every time I would visit Carrefour Laval (2-3x month) I'd stop by Kernels popcorn to take advantage of their 'buy 2 get 1 free" promo. This time I just bought one large salt and butter popcorn ($12.99). Once home to my dismay I tasted the popcorn and it was stale. I advised their head office of this. They forwarded the email to the franchise owner. He emailed me asking for details (time of purchase, order details, etc) which was all mentioned in my original email so I guess he didn't read....I responded with same details and since...yeah you guessed it... no response. So beware, stale popcorn is a possibility at this location, and you'll get ghosted if you mention it to the owner. Very dissatisfied as I was not looking for a freebie just a...
