EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - MANAGER RESPONSE NEEDED SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS LOCATION I’ll SUGGEST NOT TO VISIT AT THIS LOCATION TIME IS EVERYTHING AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF ANYTHING. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE VISIT.
We(5 friends) came to have a dinner after work. Ordered $40(2 Pizza + Garlic bread + dips)
After 30 mins We did not received any pizza and people who ordered after us were getting Pizzas
35 Mins gone - we were frustrated- We asked and they gave us only one pizza - what the hell? We are waiting for everything together and still we get 1 pizza only.
After 40 mins we talked with Front desk advisor and she told someone is getting trained that’s why. So people after our order are getting pizza and we not.
We talked with supervisor and she told that pizza is burnt and will be there in 3-4 minutes.
After 45 mins she just brings garlic bread and we were extremely frustrated.
We waited and then after 1 hour the time was enough done for us to- we told supervisor to give us full refund for wasting our time.
After that she has a different pizza ready and tell’s us take this complimentary pizza( WHAT THE HELL?)
Then she told they gave our pizza to someone else. Disgusting? So she lied beforehand.
She argued and told they wont be giving refund.
We told we want to talk with manager. She denied and didnt called at all.
We talked with her for 45-50 mins more - she was repeating same thing and at last told take $20 and complimentary pizza. We told we either want full refund / talk with manager. She refused and told manager wont pick the call. Wow? (Imagine if there was fire/robbery) manager would not have picked call of supervisor on site? Excuses. She gave us Email of manager to email him. Do you think that’s the right approach after losing trust? Will it even be responded and we have time?
After almost 2 hours on store The endpoint of her was COME ON THURSDAY AND TALK WITH MANAGER/ EMAIL MANAGER OR ELSE STAND HERE AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.
I MEAN WOW? WE HAVE TO WASTE OUR TIME AND COME AGAIN?
She went 3-5 times inside and never came back for like 5-7 minutes at all during this 2 hours to ignore us.
I have taken 2 other customer’s number as a WITNESS.
Time to Complain this to redswan Franchise which has vanished my TRUST FROM THEM.
I have visited this location 5-7 times before and never faced this.
I dont want to defame that specific supervisor by putting her name here but I want Manager of this location as well as Red Swan to take action.
Order was placed at 9:25PM (19th Nov,2024) we were at location till 11:15pm
Supervisor’s Lies, wastage of our time & rude behaviour was utterly bad for big franchise like RedSwan.
I will need an answer and proper compensation from this location or else you gonna lost more and more customers like this.
How rude to tell to comeback on thursday to just talk with manager instead of escalation or giving $40 refund.
We have jobs, we getting tome together to spend out and plan eating dinner at redswan and facing this disgusting situation makes us lose TRUST from Redswan Franchise.

One of our artists picked up the pizza, and unfortunately, the customer service was unacceptable. When he mentioned that the pizza had been prepared without cheese, the staff showed no willingness to assist, instead placing the blame on him for not selecting the correct options during the order. While we acknowledge this may have been our oversight, the lack of effort to resolve the situation and the dismissive attitude we encountered were highly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, as we began eating the pizza, we discovered hair in one of the slices, (luckily not in any other slices)— a major health and hygiene concern, Adding to the fact, not all the pizzas we ordered were there for the team.
When we called to address these issues, the response was shockingly rude and dismissive. The staff outright refused to assist further, citing the fact that a Google review had already been posted. (The artist who picked up the pizza made a Google review stating the poor customer service, which after this comment was posted, the original review had been taken down).
At no point did we behave disrespectfully or rudely toward the staff, as we understand and appreciate the hard work they put into their jobs. However, the lack of accountability and refusal to make things right left us deeply upset and confused.
As business owners ourselves, we understand the impact of negative reviews and always strive to resolve issues professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, this experience with Swan Pizza has forced us to reconsider our loyalty as customers. Not only will we no longer order from here, but neither will our team of artists.

The restaurant is Halal-certified, which is a big plus for me and my family. It’s comforting to know we can enjoy everything on the menu with confidence. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The crust is crispy yet soft inside, the cheese melts beautifully, and every slice is loaded with delicious toppings.
This place truly deserves more recognition — it’s open late, the food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the menu variety is incredible.
You can find everything from classic pepperoni and deluxe pizzas to shawarma, poutine, wings, and even specialty options that other places don’t offer.
Every item we tried was tasty, hot, and perfectly cooked.
The staff were fantastic, especially SONU who made our visit unforgettable. SONU went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me and my family. They were kind, welcoming, and attentive making sure the kids were happy and that our order came out just the way we liked it. Their warm attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out. It felt like we were being treated not just as customers, but as guests.
Because of SONU’s amazing service, our family had an excellent experience. We felt comfortable, well taken care of, and enjoyed our meal even more. It’s rare to find such personal service these days, and SONU truly made the difference.
If you’re looking for delicious food, great variety, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Swan Pizza on Dixie is the perfect place. Whether you stop by for a family dinner or a late-night snack, you won’t be disappointed.
