Was beyond disappointed. I used to eat here all the time when it was the other owners before the two young guys and they were amazing my burrito was never lacking and was always perfect every bite. But these new guys... what a joke. I ordered “huge” burrito and the first thing I noticed was the mass amount of rice this guy was putting in it I had to ask him to stop. Got a tiny sprinkle of noodles (not a big deal considering how much rice was already in it) I paid for extra cheese (thank the heavens I did) I got my “spec” amount. He piled the lettuce so high I had to remind him he’s still got other toppings and chicken to put on their, anyways it wasn’t until I got to the guacamole that i realized this was going to be a horrible burrito. He could not skimp our enough and even after demanding he put more I might have gotten a tablespoon and a half in my entire “huge” burrito with 4 heaping spoonfuls of rice. I sat down and just let them do what they’re being paid to do. I asked my burrito be grilled on all sides and it was, however when I got home it was falling apart and the cheese inside was still cold. I might’ve eaten half of it mind you with a fork and knife because it was just sloppy and threw out the rest. I’ll never go back. Please bring back the other guys to teach the new ones how to at least do...

I consider myself a burrito connoisseur. I love trying burritos from any place I can. I went to the new one located in Hamilton/Stoney Creek today.
First off, the hot sauce is no joke. It's very hot, be warned. However, it is flavourful as well. They say it's a home-made sauce.
I ordered the HUGE size, Buffalo Chicken (fried not baked), with extra guacamole. Came out to about $15.50.
I really, really disliked the fried chicken. I actually ended up picking it out of my burrito, I do thing if I got the baked chicken I would have enjoyed it WAY more. That's just a personal thing, I don't think breaded chicken goes well with a burrito.
I'm also disappointed about the amount of guacamole they give, it's a very small portion, and I paid extra for more (They don't charge extra for one serving like the majority of places). The amount I got was about a regular serving you would get at another place, maybe a little less (Especially compared to Mucho Burrito).
All in all, I wish I got the baked chicken, and that their portion of guacamole was bigger. Other than that, the burrito was very flavourful, and fresh. Staff were very friendly and personable! I would recommend people to at least...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to after my experience at Fat Bastard Burrito. The food was, of course, delicious as always — fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way I like it. But what really stood out this time was the service.
Prativa went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She greeted me with genuine warmth and patience, even when the place was busy. She didn’t just rush through my order — she took the time to make sure everything was right, offered great suggestions, and even added that personal touch that makes you feel more like a guest than just another customer.
It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of positivity to their work, but Prativa truly did. She turned a simple stop for a burrito into a genuinely uplifting experience. People like her are the reason customers keep coming back — not just for the food, but for the way they’re treated.
Big thanks to Prativa and the whole team for making my day better. I’ll definitely...
