Buckle up!!
I am honestly so so so DISAPPOINTED in the recent customer service experience from the restaurant. I started frequenting this location summer 2020 and I met a young lady name Shani and another worker that I can not remember her name.. needless to say, they were GREAT. Always pleasant and order was always hot and great. Ever since they left this location, it has gone to the dogs. There's a new server Ren, who everytime we try to call ahead to order, she apparently can't hear and has hung up the phone multiple times.. which is obviously frustrating when you are driving 20 minutes to go support a business who can't even have the decency to appropriately take your order via telephone.. yesterday my husband and I went and bought a special they have for $30 and when we arrived home and shared the food, the coleslaw was ranstid (meaning not good). I was born and raised in Jamaica, I know fresh coleslaw by smell alone, that was NOT. I wanted to take it back today, but I didn't get the time to, so I decided to call the restaurant instead. When I called, the person who picked up the phone did not even say her name nor state the name of the restaurant.. just "helloo".. uh okay.. so I proceeded to ask if there was a manager on duty I could speak with and she said no.. I asked about Shani because I saw her a couple of weeks ago at this location and knew she was managing the store... this lady said that Shani no longer worked at that location.. I proceeded to ask about another Gentleman who I thought was in management and she said "no. She's not here".. mind you it's a HE not she.. Then she proceeded to tell me that said person does not even come to the restaurant, which was shocking to me and to believe considering said person just served me about a week ago.. I then asked her who is the other person you are working with.. her response "I don't know.. I don't know her name.. Me: "so are you saying there is no management at the store right now?"..she then proceeded to ask me "miss what I can help you with?.. is there something I can do for you?" and I said yes, "I'm asking you about management, that's what I need your help with because you're telling me management never comes there"...she got upset and then told me I was being rude and she doesn't know because she just started today.. let's remember, she just stated to me that Shani no longer works there and that she doesn't know the # for her new location and that the other person in management doesn't come to the store.. I asked her name and she told me her name was Marsha, but swears by everything she just started today and doesn't know ANYONE she works with.. but apparently knows of the people I ask for/about.. this is just beyond me, I don't think I'll be spending a lot of my money here anymore.. Ps.. the stew chicken gravy that came with our food was also inedible as it was just oil and god knows what at...

Every single Sunrise I’ve been to in Brampton has always been phenomenal! I went there on 11-25-21 at approximately 11:30pm.
The short lady with the bun and unhinged jaw that sticks out, was disgustingly rude to the man ahead of us. She knows who she is. She kissed her teeth and told him “hurry up man I don’t have time for this” when he wanted to add another drink to his order. She messed up our order by adding oxtail gravy on my order instead of my boyfriends order. I don’t eat beef for religious reasons, absolutely disrespectful. She kissed her teeth and left the front unattended for 30 minutes, then she came back on her cell phone. I assume she realized we were still there and finally came out with our order and said they don’t have coleslaw AFTER WE PAID. She also said she doesn’t take card after 11pm, I knows she’s a liar, there was no sign ANYWHERE SAYING this. The rice was dry, the peas were hard and the chicken WAS UNCOOKED!!! The restaurant itself is dirty and unkept, an absolute mess with boxes of unthawed meat EVERYWHERE that I assume they had just shipped to them. I touched the box and it was room temperature, some worker from the back open them up to check what’s inside and I saw the meat in there they just leave inventory lying around. You’d think they’d clean more throughly since it’s a place where peoples food comes from.

At the beginning we went to the restaurant and myfriend ordered his order. After that, she said anything else? At the time, I was unfocused because I was looking at the menu. Then She asked the other customer you want anything. My friend told her we have another order. And she started said you didn't ask for it and started to give us aBad Face. My friend told her why do you talk like this? We're here to eat and go out. That’s it I spoke with my friend in Arabic about his order, she thought we were talking to her and she started to tell us why are you talking to me? I told her we didn’t talk to you why are you angry and upset.. ?? And she tell us if you don’t want eat go out !?? My friend tell her even if you have a bad day or any pressure you have to smile to any customer going in and you have to care about the business and how to make money . She said I don’t care, and you fu..cken rude
Very bad experience and I’m never coming here again This message for the owner watching ur Stuff And Teach them to talk to nicely...
