Super friendly staff, quick responses. I had my son's birthday in November and wasn't sure how the weather would be, they were really helpful through the whole process and pointed me towards a bouncy castle that would fit in our space and that the kids would enjoy more than just a standard castle. Will definitely think of them for future events. The kids enjoyed it so much and it fit the Paw Patrol theme perfectly.

Things to know if you are thinking about renting a castle: We learned quickly that you need an appliance dolly or something with wheels to carry these because they are heavy and also can require long extension cords. Measure your space ahead of time and think about walking room around the castle. We also put tarps over it at night since our event was in November and we wanted to ensure it was dry in the mornings (full weekend rental).

We had a very large fun fair event at a school with over 500 adults and children attending. We asked Matt to arrange for inflatables, games, a pony carousel and petting zoo, a magician, a DJ, catering (burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers), an ice cream truck, and sno cones and popcorn machines. Everything arrived on time and the service was very professional. We received so many compliments on the event and we absolutely could not have pulled it off without Matt. Matt was always available on the phone to provide suggestions and feedback on our ideas for the event. Jeff was on operations for the day and he was super in setting up and supervising the inflatables (we got the biggest one you could rent plus a couple others!) and explaining anything we needed. Rented the 2 ponies and petting zoo and these guys were so much better then expected.The handlers were smart, flexible and were able to work within the area that was given to them. They controlled the animals superbly and the animals themselves were super calm despite the hordes of screeching children that came at them. The kids got multiple turns on the ponies. The bunnies and baby goats were a hit. The guys brought animal feed for the kids to use to interact with the animals. The experience came through in how calm and controlled both handlers and animals were even with many grabby little kids around them.
