Last visit, This is the last time I visit this milestones location, horrible food horrible service. I came with my husband for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, restaurant was empty. We got seated right away, but our waiter took forever to come to our table and take our order. I ordered one of the dishes I used to love there, when I get served it’s missing the croutons, I ask her and she is like sorry, I’ll bring them for you, she brings them and I never saw her again. My husband had to go and look for her to get our bill so we could pay and leave. I can’t believe how bad the service and food was, I guess because now they expect people to leave at least 18% tips they do not care at all about doing a good job. I will never go back to this location, not worth it. First review 4 years ago Came with my husband. We tried the coconut calamari it tasted really good, but it was a little undercooked. Food was better than last time, so was the service. This time service was excellent. First review, I haven’t been to this location for a long time, they renovated the restaurant and changed the old carpet. Restaurant looks nice, service is ok.

So to start.. I had to pour my guest their water from the water jug on the nearby table myself as nobody came to see us for a few minutes after we got seated and my guest was somewhat choking from a dry throat. But besides this, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He was very accommodating to our needs and offered us a halal menu without us asking which I thought was great. We ordered the spinach dip as our appetizer. It was quite good. Not the best I've had but definitely something I would order again. Now for the best part... I ordered the chicken Portobello (I have ordered this dish at this location before) and it never ceases to amaze me! Best chicken and pasta dish I have ever had in my life! I always ask for them to make it a little spicy and they add spice flakes and just the perfect amount! I have tried this same dish at other Milestone locations but none of them make it as good as the one on Vega Blvd in Mississauga. My guest ordered the chicken parm and they liked it very much as well. The prices were very reasonable and the booths were comfortable. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I give this location a 3.5 because: I loved the revamp, decor, and ambiance. Heres what I wasn't fond of: The menu seems to be updated as well. I got a Red Superfruit sangria which had frozen fruit as there was ice stuck to the pieces (took forever to melt), popcorn shrimp....on a bed of popcorn! (I just came from the theatre) which faked out how much shrimp we actually got. Our mains were good as I got the Chipotle prime rib fettuccine. The odd thing about the visit was my bf finished his main before me and the waiter got his dessert immediately after because it was his bday (sparkler and all)...I was still eating. I've never had that happen before where without requesting the dessert, it just shows up even when the entire party hasn't completed the course prior. Lastly, our booth was great but the servers were placing water containers, cutlery, small menu phamplets on the top of the sill behind me..a bit dangerous if water spills or knives drop on the customer.

Our recent visit left us truly delighted, and we felt compelled to convey our gratitude for the outstanding meal and service we received.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were attentive, courteous, and displayed a genuine passion for their work. We were seated promptly and made to feel comfortable throughout the evening.

The highlight, undoubtedly, was the delectable meal we enjoyed. Every dish we ordered was prepared with meticulous attention to detail and presented beautifully. The flavors were remarkable, and each bite was a delightful symphony of taste. The menu catered to a variety of dietary preferences, ensuring that everyone in our party found something to relish.

Furthermore, I would like to extend my appreciation to the chef and kitchen staff. Their culinary expertise was evident in every dish that arrived at our table. The quality of the ingredients, the creative combinations, and the skillful execution made for an unforgettable dining experience.

Beyond the incredible food, the service was impeccable. Now the kicker.

My companions and I had visited Milestones with high expectations and a $100 gift card, only to be informed that it could not be accepted.

Upon arrival, we were excited to indulge in the culinary experience that Milestones is known for. We had received the gift card as a thoughtful present, and we were looking forward to treating ourselves to a memorable dining experience. However, to our dismay, when we presented the gift card to the server, we were informed that it could not be honored due to certain limitations or restrictions.

This news came as a shock to us, as there was no indication on the gift card or during the purchase that it would be invalid or restricted in any way. We were unaware of any terms and conditions that would prevent us from using the gift card as intended. This unexpected turn of events left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, as our plans for an enjoyable evening were abruptly disrupted.

While we understand that businesses may have policies in place, we believe it is essential for clear communication to be established with customers regarding any limitations or restrictions associated with gift cards. This will help manage expectations and prevent any unfortunate surprises that can result in a negative customer experience.

We kindly request that you review your gift card policies and procedures to ensure that they are transparent and clearly communicated to customers. It is crucial that the terms and conditions of gift cards are prominently displayed and easily accessible for all to see, both at the time of purchase and on the gift cards themselves.

As valued customers, we believe in the potential of Milestones to provide exceptional dining experiences. However, this recent incident has left us with a bitter aftertaste. We hope that you will take our feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to prevent such situations from occurring in the future.

Today I went to Milestone to order lunch, and I made several requests. I confirmed several times with the receptionist who took my order to make sure he recorded everything correctly. I even asked him to repeat the order back to me because I’ve had multiple issues with mistakes at this restaurant ( only in this branch) . He assured me that I would receive my order in 20 minutes without any errors. I returned after 30 minutes only to find that two items from my order were missing. They weren’t in the bag. I told the girl who handed me the order that two items were missing, and she went to the kitchen to get them.

At this point, I became frustrated because this had happened multiple times before. I asked who the manager was, and an employee pointed to a young man sitting and drinking beer, and the girl who had gone to the kitchen to retrieve the missing items. When I looked at the young man, I recognized him because the same mistake had happened previously, and he had apologized at the time, promising me it wouldn't happen again. Strangely enough, today he could hear me complaining about the negligence but didn’t react.

I paid the bill and left. When I got home, I found another item missing from the order, so I returned with the food and told them there was a third item missing. They checked and said it wasn’t included in the order. I told them, while the receptionist who took my order was listening, that I had requested it multiple times from him. They responded that he was new. I told them this was his mistake, not mine. Either way, I wanted to return the entire order. The manager, the same young man I mentioned earlier, was there and refused to accept the return, speaking to me in an inappropriate manner for dealing with customers. He told me to call the management if I wanted a refund. I told him it was 4:30 PM, and I had placed my order at 3:30 PM. My son had just come back from school and was hungry, so I didn’t want the order anymore, especially since this same mistake had happened with him before. I repeated that his attitude toward me was rude, and he even told me not to come back to the restaurant again.

I asked him if the owner of the restaurant would accept this behavior, and he told me, 'I am the owner.!!!!!!!?????but finally the lady there refunded back the money to me.I just wanted to share what happened with me today and leave the decision to the its administration and opinion to people that...

This evening around 4:30 pm, I went to Milestones with my sister-in-law, her husband, her son and my daughter. The restaurant was basically empty at this time so we thought we would receive stellar food and service. Boy were we wrong, first of all the host/waiter decided that seating the family that came in after me was the polite thing to do. Ok no problem. Then once we are seated, he came back to the table and gave the distinct impression that he really did not have time to take our drink/appetizer orders and that we were a bother.

One Appetizer was missing but ok we said no problem. The appetizers were good and no complaints. Well, when my and my daughter’s portobello mushroom dishes were delivered, my first thought was is the chicken fully cooked? We immediately sliced into them, the chicken was cooked through but it was very pale no usual caramelization or whisper of grill marks- not very appetizing. It looked poached!!! We both received 2 slices of mushrooms usually there is a very neat pile atop the chicken. It was just thrown on the plate, the carrots were uncooked and inedible since I couldn’t slice through them with a knife. We both love this meal and were extremely disappointed.

The other meals veggie burger, Thai curry bowl were fine. The real travesty was my nephew’s so called steak sandwich. First of all, the steak came out rare when he ordered it well done- no buns available so the meat was just slapped on slices of sourdough bread that wasn’t even toasted or warmed. The waiter took it back to have it cooked properly. The manager came and spoke to my nephew and apologized and said it would be discounted on the bill. That sounded weird but we were thinking ok. The sandwich comes back the bread is now grilled but the sandwich only had the meat on it no onions, mushrooms or cilantro, nothing it looked pitiful but my nephew did not want to make a fuss and ate it anyway. He normally loves this sandwich . To our surprise the bill came and there was actually 20% discount taken off his sandwich. I couldn’t believe that the meal was not comped - I have never seen this in my life- not very inspiring when it comes to trying to maintain customer loyalty. We all said we wouldn’t be back to this location at Vega Blvd in Mississauga. No thank you Milestones - also noticed table beside us sent there portobello mushroom chicken...
