Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

Its really sad that evening staff of this location has serious attitude issues. Usually i go to drive through and order only drink in the evening. Today i went inside , the behaviour she had towards me was unacceptable. I ordered two drinks, and i got busy on my phone . She asked you wanna order more, i said no she replied very rudely that side your drinks. Then i asked for receipt and survey code, she shake her head and gave me receipt. I simply asked why you being so arrogant. She was like i have an order. She just ignored me and waved her hand , asking me to go… this is really inappropriate behaviour. I have worked in tims as well for three years. I dont know why the way of customer service is changing unfavourable. If someone is paying same amount of money, why people cant just smile and behave properly. Customer appearance is hardly for 2-3 minutes in one visit. Order my coffee and bagel toasted with butter , I always stop this Timhortons in morning because it’s close to highway but every morning I was greeted by this two older women (looks like Indian women )very rude way surve me with bad attitude, younger women is nicer if I’m lucky sometimes in morning, but today is again they did same thing very rude and almost giving me look that I’m getting in free the food they serve me it’s not toasted and butter is like just throw the splash of butter, doesn’t look like they want to work, it’s so bad service, o really don’t want to say anything but they left me wino choice, I’m going to complain to health and food safety , this totally not right way, it’s early in morning and people want to start their day with coffee and...

Nobody is able to understand what is being ordered. It's been happening for the past 3 occasions. Either they make drinks small when I clearly asked for medium. Or they make only 1 bagel with extra butter and cream combined when I ordered them both separately. Moreover, when I told them I had asked for 2 separately, she told me, "I combined them and you were not charged for 2 bagels." But why'd I get one bagel with both cream and butter? Things like these are happening from past 3 days with me, and similarly with people around me. Whenever I go, I always hear one of the customers around me fighting for same problem. Please get some better staff. A lot of people are looking for jobs and these good for nothing staff is just not happy....
