Wow New York and other cities take notice ! Montreal eaton centre should set an example to all malls !. First off Mall was amazing (as someone who visited from NYC) but it's rather than an experience I had . So while I was waiting for my siblings while they were at the store I was doing a photo of them with my DSLR when mall security suprised me in a good way ! They appropriately ask me either if I knew them or what I was doing As both a visitor and photo enthusiast (with a college degree) I told them I was taking pictures of family I didn't try to deny it I was respectful so was the mall security. I apologized if I worried them they simply told me they was just making sure that I knew the people I was photographing (Luckily they were my siblings) but imagine if (the people I photographed) weren't I was in a way testing to see how mall security in Montreal or Quebec or Canada would handle this and they really passed the test and as an American citizen who was visiting Montreal I really tip my cap to them. Here in the states they really don't give a crap there's been incidents where a photographer took pictures for nofarious reasons and mall security did not do anything about it .
