Pizza benji — Restaurant in Montreal

Changing my review just because of rude behavior they expressed recently when I entered to get my pizza ordered an hour ago. Actually I have been a customer since early 2018 and always got nice service. But recently I got late in picking up my order and couldn't pick their call because I was driving and my son has my phone sitting on back seat.

I reached there politely asked for my order as usual but the guy very rudely said " I don't have now" I said ok so can u make it now... he rudely replied NO .. so my all trust and respect towards them broke in a second. Will not be their customer...

I live in Toronto and I visit my grandma occasionally every month, and when I come down here I always visit this place. First off all I have to say is the hospitality and customer service is always welcoming and the staff is always smiling and are friendly. This is actually one of the best pizza place I’ve ever tried. Always fresh and tasty. I ordered a small spicy pepperoni pizza and it was amazing and well prepared and it actually felt like a real pizza unlike other joints who leave there dough uncooked. Ever since the original cook left, this place has been going downhill. Prices have gone up drastically and you get less portion of the food than before. Also the new cook takes very long to get a simple meal cooked. Very slow and misleading service. Garbage.
