I've practiced at many different studios across the world and have never experienced a warmer welcome than at Luna Yoga. It's a pretty and very cozy little space with a team of wonderful humans and outstanding teachers. Frances, Jennifer, and Carolina were my favorites - though the quality of the classes is generally very high. I loved the creative sequencing yet traditional approach, the playlists, and of course the heavenly assists. I think they really see and care about the human beings that walk into the studio. Read moreThe staff at Luna are extremely friendly, and the china gel massage at the beginning of class is relaxing. Previously being a member of Naada Yoga, where the studio has more of a traditional approach to the practice, I was surprised during my first class at Luna when pop music was played. I found it distracting and was not used to this environment. I continued for my unlimited monthly pass, though won't return due to this factor.
