I am NOT impressed!! I understand their policy is "no return on fidget spinners" however...I took my grandson there last night as I promised to buy him one after having his tooth pulled. My 8 year old niece was with me as well so I said she could have one too. We live in Ridgeway but I chose this store to look for a fidget spinner as I have shopped there numerous times and just knew they would have them. My grandson was so excited they had exactly the one he wanted...I paid $14.99 each for 2 of these fidget spinners. The woman who waited on us took my grandson's out of the package...spun it then handed it to my grandson to ask if he thought it was ok...he did. As she attempted to put it back in the packaging she dropped it on the floor however she spun it again and got it in the packaging. She did the same for my niece with the other one (not including the dropping on the floor part). We were not even out of Niagara Falls on our way back home to Ridgeway when my grandsons spinner fell apart! He had NOT dropped it...or abused it...only spun it. I pulled over and pushed the 2 pieces in the center back together again but within a few minutes...it fell apart again! I explained that we would fix it when we got home. Well that did not happen. We would get it back together and within a few spins it fell apart again. Today - I called the store to explain everything that had happened and although I know their policy re returns on Fidget Spinners - could they please exchange it as the cashier had dropped it on the floor and may have caused the problem. DUE TO POLICY - THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE SO THAT MY GRANDSON COULD HAVE ONE THAT WORKS!! He loved the one he had and they have others however I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND YOU CAN BE SURE THAT EVERYONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!! I went to this store to purchase a carpet which was advertised any $299.99 were 50% off then when I found the carpet I wanted I had to go up to the cashier to ask for some assistance in the carpet dept. The woman that assisted proceeded to tell me that only this section is on sale but the sign was what looked to me for all carpets. I said it's a bit misleading to the customer I'm not sure if I want to purchase at that price and the rude employee said then don't in a snarky tone then walked away. I did end up buying a carpet and a young gentleman assisted to get it down, when I went to the cash the cashier was asking her to help bring to my truck and I said quietly I'd rather not have her help. The cashier said why I said because she was rude to me and she said no she wasn't I said how do you know you weren't there.... she said she told me the story....
