Their poutine is actually really good. The gravy is flavourful, poutine is well seasoned and the fries are crispy on outside and soft in the middle.

My only issue was theres so many small unevenly cut bits (excess bits from slicing potatoes) with skin still on them, that kind of overwhelms the batch of fries. They get pretty soggy with a lot of skin and not a lot of potato and it isn't very good (Im sure some people like those bits)

Overall the poutine was good except for what I mentioned.

The only reason I didn't give this 4 stars is customer service. Ive seen other people comment the same thing but the lady at the place clearly had a bad attitude. Just pretty unpleasant and makes you feel like youre bothering them just by showing up and ordering. I know everyone has bad days but I think a good attitude towards your customers thats kind instead of miserable goes a long way.

We got our order the very last even though we ordered first and only got a small poutine. My boyfriend is a visible minority and we both had a feeling that this had something to do with it as others who were all Caucasian ordered big orders after us, including medium poutines and hotdogs and they all got their massive orders before our small poutine. It wasn’t an oversight either, because when we asked how our small poutine was going when we saw everyone else who came after get all their orders (about five family/couple size orders) the man said “oh it’s going”. Well, even if that’s not the intention, that’s how it came off and you definitely don’t deserve our business as it should be first come first serve anyway! The food is nothing to write home about either, it’s just a dingy little fry stand. I highly recommend going else where as not everyone...

Great Poutine! But every time I go here the employees are rude and disrespectful for no reason , the fact they also don’t have contactless payment in the world’s current situation is extremely odd . The first time I came here I asked to pay with debit and the lady basically laughed at me saying we only take cash . Just disappointing since their food is good and their pricing is reasonable.
