We switched our service provider after a component of our entertainment system went on disrepair and after the job was done by Canadian Sound we feel extremely satisfied and very happy of having changed our supplier.

Steve listened attentively to what we wanted, gave quick response to multiple questions, followed up promptly our phone calls and emails, offered practical and effective options to fulfill our needs including possible improvements with no over-sells and even emphasizing lower cost options if deemed advisable, provided understandable explanation of advantages and limitations of such options while keeping full transparency on costings as well as flexibility on adapting to the little extras which we found convenient to consider.

Steve, Paul and team from Canadian Sound are awesome. When I was first introduced to Steve, he was very patient to listen to what I was hoping to have in terms of a home network, security, sound system and a fully integrated 7.2 movie experience system.

Steve took the time to explain to me the art of the possible, and also how to build out the foundational pieces I would need so that I can continue to expand, for instance the home automation system.

Steve spent time with me inside the house being fully renovated, took measurements, and suggested the ideal solution for the house that was budget friendly, yet took maximum advantage of the design and structure of the house. I really appreciated the fact that Steve gave me links to various speaker systems, A/V systems that he was recommending I invest in, and giving me the time to do some research by myself.

During the phases of construction, Steve and team ran the necessary wiring for network, speakers, security cameras, entertainment systems, and worked well with the renovation contractor to ensure that the electrical wiring were placed at the ideal positions to ensure optimal system setups.

Afterwards, the installation of the network equipment, sound systems, TV, etc., were done with very clean finishes. I am very pleased with everything that Steve, Paul and the entire Canadian Sound team did at our house.
