My experiences with the Anna and her team at Tocca Finita have been fabulous. I showed up one Saturday morning on a mission to find a dress for an event later than day and the Sales Associates jumped right on my mission with me and we found the perfect dress within no time. They made it fun, took ownership and I felt very welcome/comfortable.

Long story short, I ended up needing some post purchase service and WOW... Anna delivered - she went over and above my expectations to find a solution to ensure I was happy with my purchase. In my experience, that level of customer service is a rare find nowadays but so essential to a successful business. It's no wonder this beautiful boutique has been in existence for as long as it has!
