We were looking for a wedding band for myself and couldn’t find one in any of the big stores. By chance we walked past Oakville jewellery and went in to be greeted warmly by Stephanie and her dad. After a really friendly and one of the best customer service experiences we had had all day - we decided on a white gold band - next day I remembered that I actually had my father’s wedding ring which had been passed to me many years ago. I went back to the store on the Monday and found out that my ring had already been made. I thought it would be too late to somehow incorporate my dad’s yellow gold ring into my own….. But nothing was too much trouble - we talked it through and a few days later my fathers ring had been re- crafted into my own as a split band on the outside edges We loved the result and most importantly - so did my mum who had passed the ring onto me. Big thanks to this family business who I cannot recommend...
