I visited yesterday and could have had a better experience. I love good chocolate so am very selective here. The chocolate itself was average but in my opinion too expensive relative to the price, I just got something at half off which I felt was worth the cost. What was odd was the female sales rep did not seem to want to give me the readily available samples. She tried to say the chocolate cashews and almonds were just the same so there was no point trying both despite them being in 2 separate jars and labelled differently. Then there were the small individual square chocolate testers placed near the cash register and on one counter, I reached to unwrap one and she said it wasn't a tester. They were chocolates sitting in an open box which were clearly testers. This store may do better with friendlier staff.
Update July 24: I think keeping an open box of chocolates without allowing the customers to have one small square to try is not going to encourage people to buy, especially at the prices you have. I wonât...
