Walked in yesterday and I got the vibe that this place is scamming people. The items are cheaply made, cheap quality and wayyy overpriced. The girls in there give mean girl energy - I imagine to make customers feel like this is a "luxury" store. I did not buy anything because I could see right through their bullshit. My cousin unfortunately bought a couple of items, and came back the next day to exchange a top. Unsurprisingly, this sketchy store does not do exchanges or returns, no matter what.

Do not waste your money here. Please pay attention to the quality of the items and their pricing. I am willing to bet that these products are factory made in Turkey or India, bought for $10-20, and...

Very disappointed with a favorable shop!!!!Not a way to deal with customers! This is a place that I shop at regularly, but my last experience was different, as one of the dresses I purchased had 4 buttons missed, and when I went back to the shop asking either for a refund for the dress, or a discount that can help in keeping and fixing it, as it the dress's price was over $300, both of my requests were rejected by the lady in the shop and she only provided me with 3 extra buttons that were already not matching the ones on the dress. This location is conveniently nestled in downtown Oakville and the window display may catch your eye. I wouldn’t suggest going inside. Walked in yesterday in a cloud of smoke as one of the sales associates was on her break chatting with a friend by the entryway, smoking. No greeting or eye contact from the sales associate actually inside the store, despite attempts to say hello. Sales associate was useless- absolutely no help with sizes or merchandise.
