The place was kind hard to find at night. The sign is not visible. It's located in the corner on the inner sides of the street.

The decor and ambiance of the place looks really good. The place is really nicely designed. It has a lot of beautiful decor that gives it a Thai feel to it. They have authentic Thai style food but the taste might have been altered for others. The waitresses are Thai ethnicity.

Came here with a group of 8. The wait was way too long and a big turn off.

Opinions on the food:

Pineapple chicken curry - pineapples is extreme sour. Not too spicy. The chickens good. The red curry is thick and creamy. $16.95

Yellow chicken curry - creamy and slightly spicy but not too spicy. The yellow curry is not thick enough more watery than the other ones. $16.95

Thai shrimp curry - the green curry was not spicy enough. More of a mild curry. Not a spicy curry. It wasn't really flavourful. It was ok. $19.95

Rice has to be ordered separate. $2.95

Crab fried shrimp - it was ok. Not flavourful enough. Needs more spices. There was little crab meat, it was not really distinct. $15.95

Tom yum soup - too sour. Not a lot of tom yum flavour just overpowering citrus flavour and not spicy. $7.95

Basil shrimp - it was good, loved it but there was only 6 pieces of shrimp for $18.95 felt like it was overpriced for that portion. It was mostly vegetables.

Garlic beef - the flavour of the garlic beef is really good but the beef is a little tough. It's also a little too salty. $19.95

Thai ice tea - the Thai ice tea is really good but a little on the sweeter side. Creamy and rich. Taste better than most places. $5

Piña colada - pretty good if you like coconut. It's not too sweet.

Mange sticky rice - the mango was hard and really sour. The sticky rice was warm and soft. It was coated with coconut and sesame seeds. $8.95 not worth it.

Washrooms 5/5 - lovely design really unique. It's very spacious. It was really clean and the soap smelt nice. They even have lotion.

I give a 3/5 for the food. 4/5 for the design and cleanliness.

Overall I give this...

I've actually rarely had a worse experience and never returned food before. Greedy, money grubbing owners. Things went wrong almost immediately when my $7 thai iced tea was all ice in a glass so narrow there must have been like 50mL of actual drink in there and like 2 millimeters of the condensed milk on top. We shared the $30 appetizer platter (which they tried to upsell add ons for) and were kind of disappointed that for that price we didn't even get one fresh spring roll to share between us, at first we thought it was a piece of sushi, like, what do they do with the other 3/4 of the roll, wait for someone else to order another platter? We ordered salad for our mains since we thought it was insulting that they charge extra for the rice that always comes with the curries elsewhere. Still, we were feeling optimistic but then my main came out. I ordered the Thai salad and it was the most bland dish I've ever had, two pieces of tiny "tiger" shrimp and two very thin pieces of unseasoned pale chicken and roughly chopped vegetables that made it feel like eating a grazing board, the sweet vinegar sauce on the side didn't help at all. I felt so disappointed that I did something I never do, I asked if I could kindly order a different dish since absolutely nothing on the dish appealed to me in any way, the manager or owner is who I suspect I was talking to, said she'd bring me peanut sauce but I really felt like that wouldn't help at all, and kindly asked if it would be possible to get another dish, after making it clear at least 5 times in response to her asking that I didn't want the peanut sauce I asked her to stop talking in circles and asked if she'd replace the dish or not. She offered me peanut sauce. At that point I returned the dish and said no thank you to anything he offered, including her attempt to upsell us on dessert.

I'm convinced how dark it is in there isn't for the mood. At this point I'm sure they're even pinching pennies on their...

Firstly I just wanted to say never go here if you want good service. I was with a group of my friends just to go eat late lunch, and it was not that busy, they made eye contact with us while we were waiting and they never approached us to sit us down. We had to ask them how long we should wait and then they took us to our table which we waited for like 20 mins, and there was lots of tables empty. They didn't even give us the menus when sat, we had to ask for them which took another 10 mins for them to COME BACK with the menus. They didn't even give us water we had to ask, and they never took our orders for at least 25 mins, we had to raise our hand to get their attention. After they took our orders we waited for almost an hour to get a plate of food, are you joking? AND THE BEST PART IS THE FOOD TASTED LIKE SO BAD I felt like nauseous after I ate it. I ordered shrimp pat thai and basically the whole noodle dish was peanuts mixed with bean sprout and rice noodles that were over cooked, and funny thing is that they gave more peanuts on the side. It tasted so bad I was starving and I couldn't finish the plate of tiny food I didn't even finish half of it. My friends and I could no longer eat the food, so we tried to get the waiters attention by raising our hands to ask for the bill and all she did was give us the " ok" sign like as if she knew what we were gonna ask her for. She never came to our table for like 10 mins and we had to ask another waiter and they said they weren't allowed to help us because he wasn't our server, even though we didn't have a server. Then when we finally got to ask them for the bill we asked for separate ones THEY GAVE US THE TOTAL BILL when we asked for SEPARATE BILLS. This overall was a terrible experience and I would never go there EVER again. I wish I can give it zero stars but ill give it one for the interior designing...

Recommended by a friend, and got introduced to hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve had in Canada, there I said it. Firstly with the location & ambience; it’s set in a nice pocket in city of Oakville, where people gather to eat, drink & enjoy the remainder of the late sunsets. Once you step in, you’re in a restaurant that breathes elegance. Modern decor & mood-lighting across the restaurant with tables able to host a couple, or larger parties of 6-8 with ease. The ambience in the restaurant is sophisticated, intimately lit and would be a great place for a date-night. Service was fantastic, prompt, constantly taken care of - I don’t think my glass of water was left empty for more than 2 minutes. And finally - for the best part of the restaurant, the food. There are very few restaurants that do this, but every single thing ordered on the menu tasted out of this world. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would - because it deserves it. We ordered deep fried prawn rolls, yellow curry, green curry, Pad Thai, and their mango sticky rice. I can’t highlight any single one since each dish blew me out of the water. Their (milk)teas are also a great add-on the side. Definitely recommend, and would see me visit this place again to try items which I didn’t get to the first time around. :)

This restaurant has the potential to be great but if it fails on every criteria except for atmosphere. The elderly woman who served us was pushy, misleading, stubborn, and rude. When I asked her if the soup was spicy, she said no. False. It came out with whole cut chillis in it and was so spicy I choked and couldn’t eat it. We told the server and instead of offering a replacement, or to remove it off the bill, the woman said we can’t “return it” and that the only thing she could do is to pack it ip for us to take home. I then asked her if they had pag kra pao for my main, and she said yes, but what she brought out didn’t include minced beef or the fried egg that is a key part of the dish at every other Thai restaurant I’ve been to. The food lacked flavor and had more huge pieces of bell peppers and broccoli than it did the (sliced/cubed) meat. When I asked for a knife to cut the massive bell peppers, she took 10 mins to bring me one and had so much attitude as she did. We came to celebrate a birthday but I will never come back here again.

Very bad experience. When we were sat down, our server asked what we would like to drink, as expected. She then told us that « water, iced tea, ginger ale, sprite all is free» (grammar mistakes maintained for authenticity). We were quite happy about that, since a restaurant not charging for soft drinks is quite rare. So we ordered 2 waters and 2 iced teas. When we got our receipt, we noticed that not only was the iced tea $4 each, the 2 waters were a total of $16! Now I understand that the drinks costing money at a restaurant is expected, but they specifically told us at the start that it was free. Furthermore, charging $16 for water is just ludicrous. Might I add, they brought us 2 glass bottles of water when we ordered for 2 glasses, like at any normal restaurant. We realized that this definitely was not the first time that this kind of thing has happened to customers of this restaurant. Now the constant grin on our waiter’s face the whole time made sense. We quickly paid and left, never again.
