So I hate to share this experience but I absolutely LOVE Starbucks and I am a regular. Although, in the past few days I have ordered twice at two different times.
The first time, I ordered a Venti Pink Drink in person and waited outside hence covid-19... Mind you I told the guy I spoke who was receiving my order the drink I wanted (3 times) lol He seemed to be stressed or a little bit off. A few min. later he brings me the Dragon Drink, and I was like "Man, that's not the Pink Drink" :P
He insisted a few times at first it was the Pink Drink, after being dazed in confusion or tiredness he then realized I was right and apologized. So, I wait another few min. for the right drink.. I get people can be tired on the job and I totally know how it feels lol but I mean it's not good to tell a customer their wrong :P He also had troubles remembering that I asked him for a straw for my drink, and I asked him 3-4 times for it :P
The second experience was ordering the Pink drink through Uber Eats. I wanted to make sure I had light ice and not half a cup of ice in my drink as I'm sure lots of the customers know can happen, so I tried calling this location for 15-20 min. I probably tried calling them about 10 times. Only once did I hear someone pick up for a second and then hung up on me...lol so I get the store can be busy, but I mean if the phone is ringing you'd think it must be something important, maybe for an order? Luckily, the uber driver was nice enough to make sure for me
I'm totally understanding and have totally cool experiences at Starbucks. At the very least, sometimes I haven't gotten charged because they messed up or I was given like a $4 off giftcard which was nice!
Honestly don't know what was happening at the store, but to call for a simple question and have no one pick up after that many times calling is just kind of weird and makes me sad! No one likes receiving half a drink they ordered!

Read morei’ve been going to this starbucks for about two times a month and it was going well until it wasn’t. the service from adrianna the cashier taking my order was unprofessional and rude. My uncle came in before me and order two drinks as well as a couple food items, i proceeded to come in about 5 minutes later and asked said cashier if she was able to fill up my own bottle with just water. she told me i had to purchase an item in order to get water, which an other person is able to get for free in a starbucks cup. and she didn’t offer to get me a regular cup either.
a different day i came in i ordered a drink with light ice, which was repeated back to me and was printed on the label of my drink. but as i was watching Adrianna make my drink, she did not put less ice she put more ice than normal. my drink was almost completely filled with ice but i didn’t say anything because its clear every time im here and she’s working that she refused to accommodate to my orders.
the third experience i had with this cashier was when i ordered a drink and asked for it lactose free. she told me “we can’t do that anymore” and instead of giving me alternative lactose free options such as almond or oat milk, she just stared and waited for me to say something else.
I am a through and through starbucks supporter and every other location has been very accessible and accommodating. except this particular place and person. i will not be returning because this service ruined...

I was at this location today and I truly never Come to Starbucks, But I was dying for a cold coffee And I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, so Mike Was serving me and I said I don’t know what I’m looking forward to some sort of blended coffee like an ice cap thing we had it back-and-forth and he helped me and got me exactly what I wanted! I also would just like to say it was busy as hell in there and not only was Mike taking customers at cash. He was also running to the back to get beverages that the other employees were out of like whole milk and lemonade whatever, and when there wasn’t anyone to be checked out, he immediately jumped in to start helping make blended drinks while pulling things out of a toaster that were being warmed up. He ran around there working so hard and he was so nice and he really helped me at the cash, not only with my drink and I just wanted to give a big shout out To Mike for being so awesome and working so hard and making me wanna...
