Wilfred/Aritzia wanna be store with extremely poor service, too bad because we came to shop and had no help not even a welcome greet, not the kind of local business I’d ever support or spend a penny in.

This second one star that I am posting goes to the owner of this business, who doesn't surprise me that she's just as impolite and unwelcoming in person as she is online. For the owner to reply to my previous post with a novel of economics and tell me what I am aware of during a pandemic lacks her acknowledgment that consumers too have been impacted in an inflated economy and shouldn't be devalued from businesses that fall short of providing customer service, since - we are all in this together. Let's not tell it how it is, we saw many staff standing around, not one person assisted, yet it only takes one staff member to take time to greet and service your customers, not an entire labor force which you were not short on from what we can see. Might have been because we entered in casual beach clothing and our appearance did not appeal to you? Not sure whatever your reasoning was and how you train your staff to service, but every customer should be treated with the same level of service and not judged by their appearance. In addition, customers should be free to provide feedback of their own experience without having backlash from an unprofessional owner who clearly does not take feedback well. No need to feel sorry for me, I am embarrassed for you, your response, and this proves my point why our hard earned dollar is not spent on businesses from owners such as yourself, it's as simple as that no ill intent here.
