I went to the shop to buy a chocolate gift set for my friend and they greeted me nice and then they gave me a free sample I gave it back and told them can I have a different flavor sample instead and the guy ther was very nice he said sure u can have them both. Then this supervisor lady with short hair comes out and says to me excuse me u can't pick and choose an have it. I told them that the guy said and he agreed too and she started saying things to him. I felt fad and I threw both the chocolates. It was an awful experience and a very bad customer service the people working there are nice but that lady looks like his supervisor is the problem. Highly recommend not to shop ther because of their customer service. The management is the problem there. The guy was doing his job of making the customer happy and I highly think after the customer left they should have told him and definitely not speak to the customer like that. The store is deceitful. I went back to return some extra unopened packages and manager wont return said it's a food item I was like what!! Every retailer does the returns and it says nothing on the receipt too how would I or any other customer know as there is no sign that everything in store is a final sales and she said there is one sign at the cashier which is a tiny cardboard with super tiny writing which I bet none reads unless asked to and if it's a policy they should tell every customer at check out that it's a final sales please eat all or don't buy. Way to expensive! I will never go there. Very little selection of interesting products.Big fancy new store...but not much more to offer than was previously avail in grocery stores. Almost all the same flavours are available at Marshall's and Winner's for much less money. The cashier tried telling us they are fresher in store...but I have never had a bad Lindt Truffle from those stores. Nice idea for a store....but ridiculous to be selling the exact same product across the street for less money. Best one I tried was the Citrus Mint!! Would maybe break my rule to never go back for...
