The Canadian Brewhouse in Grasslands offers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step in, the vibrant, sporty decor immediately sets the stage for a great time. The atmosphere is lively, yet perfectly balanced with music at just the right volume, creating an enjoyable environment without overpowering your conversations. One of the standout features is the abundance of screens, allowing you to watch multiple sports events simultaneously. Whether it’s hockey, football, or any other game, you’re guaranteed a great view from any seat in the house. This makes it the perfect spot for sports enthusiasts who don’t want to miss a single moment of the action. The service here is consistently top-notch. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring you feel welcome and well taken care of throughout your visit. Their prompt and courteous service truly enhances the overall experience. As for the food, it's fantastic. The beef dip and Montreal smoked meat sandwiches are particularly noteworthy—both are tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The menu offers great variety, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The prices are reasonable and align well with the quality and portions of the meals. To sum it up, The Canadian Brewhouse in Grasslands excels in providing a welcoming and energetic environment, quality service, and delicious food. It’s an ideal destination for anyone looking to enjoy a meal while watching their favorite sports. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.

If you are person who would expect to be treated with respect and basic customer service, please avoid this place. I called them to reserve a table on my anniversary at 7:56 PM on a Wednesday and asked if the place is too busy. They said they can get me a table in 15 minutes but I have to come down to their place (no reservations can be done on phone). So, we decided to go and wait. Reached there and we were put on waiting list (2 people) at 8:42 PM (Please find attached) and the lady (who was okay at this time) at the reception said it would take 40 minutes. We waited in our car for 34 minutes and went inside at 9:16 PM. The same lady finally said no one is getting out (which is not true as we have seen many people leaving while we are waiting in the car) and can't get us table. We felt disappointed after waiting for 35 minutes and decided to wait in the car for some more time before leaving place. After a few minutes, I called them again and ended up finding my name is not on the wait list. When I asked for a reason, they said if I come inside they can get me a table in 10 mins. We went inside and the same lady is very arrogant and mean to us. She asked for my name and shouted "SPELL" very loudly at me. I was upset and left the place. They screwed my mood and anniversary dinner. My wife was upset too. Luckily, she did not come inside. I just told my wife that it's still busy and we left to our home. My problem is not the wait time. I understand it gets busy sometimes especially on Wed evenings and the occupancy is less with the COVID restrictions. But, the response that I received from both the manager and the arrogant lady at the reception was very absurd. I asked for their manager, he came and not sure if he had a clue on what happened. He did not even allow me to explain him what happened. He just said he knows what happened and said sorry very irresponsibly, I think they should deal their customers with a better service. Note: I usually go the Canadian Brewhouse in the Eastgate, but they are not allowing dine-in today as there was some flooding in the restaurant (pipes broken). I live in South East Regina and went all the way to this south location and had a bitter experience. This review is genuine and I wish I could give them a zero rating if possible.

Deeply disappointed with our recent experience at The Canadian Brewhouse during Taco Tuesday. This used to be our go-to spot for family gatherings, but our last visit left us feeling deceived and disrespected. When ordering tacos, we were presented with the options of ‘soft shell, hard shell, or Gordita.’ We opted for Gorditas, given no indication or warning about any extra cost. However, we were surprised to find a hidden $1 upcharge per Gordita on our bill. When we addressed this with the manager, the response was cold and dismissive: he stated there’s no legal requirement to inform customers of such upcharges and flatly refused any refund. This isn’t just about the extra charges—it’s about the principle of honesty and transparency, which the Canadian Brewhouse failed to uphold. Given the numerous dining options in Regina, coupled with the importance of feeling valued and honestly treated, we see no reason to return or recommend The Canadian Brewhouse. This incident, characterized by what felt like a blatant disregard for customer experience, was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. Our family and friends will be taking our business to establishments that respect their customers and uphold honesty in their transactions.

The service is fairly average; sometimes it's quite lousy and sometimes it's really good. Our most recent visit was more on the not so great side. We did a fair amount of sitting and waiting. There's a button to press for service, but doesn't seem to make much difference and tend to push it multiple times with no result. The music was crazy loud for suppertime on a Thursday. It was hard to hear ourselves talk. We went to watch a hockey game and it took forever to get our little speaker box. The first period was almost half over before I finally got tired of waiting for the server to bring it and went to the bar to ask for one. It still took another 5 minutes or so to get it. The battery was dying, and by mid second period we couldn't hear the game anymore so decided to leave. The food is always good. It sometimes feels a bit expensive, but then the food comes and I'm reminded of their huge portions. Sign up for their app and you'll get a code for a free order of garlic fingers - get the donair sauce and you won't be disappointed with the sweet creaminess! Go on your birthday and you might be surprised with a sparkly tasty treat!

We enjoy eating at Canadian Brewhouse restaurants, I know they aren’t the classiest of joints but years ago the food was pretty good. We won’t go back to this location. We have ate here 3 times in the last year and the service was lousy every time. This last visit I ordered a Brisket Grilled Cheese with fries for $19.99. Our meals were served with no cutlery or napkins, it took a long time to get a server to bring us some. Probably because the server never served the food just some guy complaining he got called in on his day off. Welcome to the real world buddy!! Lol The Grilled cheese was two pieces of toasted Texas toast with a slice of cheddar so thin it was translucent. The meat was warmed but overall had too many cold spots to enjoy it, it was wasn’t warm enough to melt the cheese. How can this be called grilled cheese if it isn’t even grilled nor enough cheese to constitute a cheese sandwich? The waitress offered to have it remade but honestly how can you screw up a grilled cheese sandwich? I declined. She took $4 off the bill instead. See the picture.
