2024 Update: ugh I’m so torn, Thai Express has delicious food and really friendly staff but I feel like every time I go here the price of a meal has gone up by at least a dollar. I remember when I first moved to the city and started eating here 2-ish years ago the bowls were $13-$14 then they became $15 then $16 and now as of yesterday $17! I get it times are tough and they are a business trying to stay above the waves but SEVENTEEN DOLLARS for take out?! It’s a sad world when decent good quality take out is becoming out of reach. Made fresh to order. Store was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. Pad Thai was not great. Very bland looking, texture was all mush. No crunch, no fresh cilantro...just brown saucy mushy noodles and a few toppings. NYU Tree on Broad St. Or Anchor in East end make a far superior Pad Thai!! Terrible parking as well!
