I've been here a few times, five in total. The service has been great every time except for once. My last visit included a free wine sample, which was nice. I never had that before. The appetizers that came out tasted good and was a fair portion. The main dishes that came out were so, so. The salad to be completely honest, every time I've been here is low, I mean extremely low on dressings. Olive Garden in Regina at least needs to assess their portion size for dressing. We asked for more on the second run of salad. However, it came back out with a regular amount and then half of the original amount. Furthermore, I had a dish with angel hair noodles and asked for a switch in noodles, too regular spaghetti. The dish portion size for myself was utterly awful! I should of taken a picture of this dish so you could all see. Not only a rookie move on my part but a rookie move on the chef and or cook who made the meal. They should of spent the extra 25 cents to fill the plate a bit more with noodles and / or at least brought the dish size down to appear that the bowl was full. Let's be real here though, if the entrée is 28 bucks, let's bring portion size up as you're likely making 18 dollars off the meal. Anyways I did count my total "fork bites", for lack of better words and it equals 3, that's is correct, you read correctly 3 bites of me rolling Spaghetti on a fork and I was done my 28 dollar "Main Course Meal". Thankfully, soup, salad, along with bread is endless. All in all, I said above with stars that service was great, which is true. The gentleman who served us did amazing. He also had a double sitting due to a customer not wanting a spot the hostess placed them in originally. They asked for a different table, so he had an unexpected sitting. Even though a bit slower on service, he did a phenomenal job. A newer fellow employee, (I could tell by his handling of the trays and such setting his drink tray down then serving out as he learns to balance). The new server double-checked on us, ensured we had more salad or soup, and water was full if we so needed. This is all while our set server was out dealing with the other customer who he got double seated on. Unfortunately, after being now my 5th time here, I likely am not to return. The front of house manager should walk around more and ensure things are taken care of and help if needed. This also takes place for the rear chef calling orders and ensuring plates going out are right size and / or portion is correctly done. Let's also take note that when I paid for our table of 3, it was a 25% tip as it was asked on a 125 some dollar meal. So don't think I didn't judge correctly. Warm...

UPDATE: I was contacted by the general manager Megan. She was very pleasant and also genuinely seemed disappointed with the way things were dealt with. She advised me that the staff would be receiving some extra coaching on how to handle cases like this in the future. She promised that if I returned that things would be better, so I have agreed to give them another try. I don’t know when that will be, but I will update when it happens.

My family of five visited tonight. I ordered off the gluten friendly menu (which consisted of maybe 5 options for me) I decided on the steak. The description was a 6 oz sirloin steak with herbed garlic butter, parmesan garlic mashed potatoes and parmesan garlic broccoli. Sounded delicious! It came as an overcooked steak with no seasoning, with a side of rotini with tomato sauce. Not at all what the menu described. When questioned, the server said that “due to Covid 19” they took the potatoes off their menu. But it’s still on the menu🤨. I sent my meal back asking to get what I ordered meaning I wanted the herbed garlic butter on the steak and the broccoli at least. During Covid 19 they sent me back the same steak, that I had cut into, with some cold garlic butter on top. A little while later the steamed broccoli came. I worked in the service industry for many years. Normally this type of experience would result in me offering a discount or taking the meal right off the bill. My meal was nothing like what their menu describes and i was still charged $24 for it. When I got home I called to speak to a manager to share my experience. I did get an apology, but I don’t think I...

We all had the unlimited breadsticks soups and salad. Two of us ordered the same soup and one of us ordered a different kind the soups came out cold so we told our waitress that they were cold she said she'd bring us new ones we told her no just nuke in the microwave. One of us did not get the soup reheated the other two came out and they were extremely hot which was good. One of us ordered another bowl of soup and it came out cold as well so we told her waitress that it was cold and she said that she would reheated in the microwave. Then two of us ordered another bowl of soup and we told her right from the get-go just put them in the microwave but they came out cold so she took them back and put them back in the microwave to heat them up. Danica the supervisor came over and heard that our soup was cold she was very apologetic about it and said that she would go to the kitchen to find out what was going on. Danica came back in a very timely manner and told us there was equipment malfunction in the kitchen she was very thankful that we sent the soups back because she or the kitchen would have never known that they had equipment malfunction. She kept apologizing she actually comped our endless breadsticks soup and salad and sent us home with three fresh bowls of our soup. All three of us were unbelievably ecstatic that she took the time to come over and talk with us to find out what was going on. I run a restaurant so I want my customers feedback whether it's good or bad. So kudos to Danica for actually coming over and talking with us hands down five stars she was we...

I used to really like it here, but the last few times have been meh, and this time was awful. Usually, upon being sat, they offer wine samples this was not done at for us while the tables around us were offered it. From there it took 15 mins for us to get our drinks we got them just before our appetizers. we normally love the spinach dip but this time the chips were burnt and crumbling when dipped and there was no cheese baked on top like there always is and is shown on the menus picture. If that wasn't enough, our breadsticks got to the table at the same time as our appetizers and didn't have any garlic salt on them they were just dry plain bread sticks. They took those bread sticks and the dip back and fixed them though the next dip also didn't have cheese on top. We hoped that'd be the last issue but when our meals got to the table there was a hair in the ravioli and while the plates were warm the pasta was cold I assume from our plates just sitting ready for the extended time they were correcting our appetizers. Overall it was a very bad experience and the male manager did cover our bill but didn't say sorry for our inconvenience or anything he just said the bill was covered and rushed away and I do mean rushed the person I was with didn't even catch what he said due to him saying it so quickly and leaving.

Service was great, (made sure to get there early before the rush started and there was a line out the door) food was very tasty. I had the Tour of Italy and my wife had the Parmesan Encrusted Sirloin. Prices are right in line with where you'd expect for the quality and quantity. Unlimited breadsticks were very tasty and the chicken gnocchi soup was quite good. Can't believe they only offer a house salad (with croutons on it to boot!) but no Cesar! My only real gripe! Realistically if you're going to a pasta place for supper you're likely not eating the healthiest meal possible but Cesar salad is my thinly veiled attempt at healthy eating when out for supper. All in all very good. I highly recommend the Tour of Italy your first time as it includes a sample of their lasagna (my least favourite but not bad by any means), chicken parmesan (2nd place with crunchy breading outside, soft chicken inside topped with a very tasty sauce and cheese) and the star of the show and a big surprise to me: Fettuccine Alfredo! It's a staple in every pasta restaurant's menu and is usually a safe bet, but wow is their sauce fantastic! Pasta was also cooked to perfection. 5 stars will definitely visit again but not any time soon as I'm very full and it's definitely a treat not an every week or even every month type of meal.

When I was in elementary school we used to look at the boys across from us and mouth the Words “Olive Juice” which really meant “I Love You”… Well “Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, “Olive Juice”… I haven’t been to an Olive Garden since my eccentric Aunt took me as a teenager. I really had no strong memories or opinions of the place. However I will say I’m 50 now and I won’t forget you again Olive Garden. I was back in Regina Saskatchewan after many years and I was very pleased to get a chance for a meal at your establishment. I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere and hospitality of the staff. Thank you so much, you made me feel very welcome and wanted. I cannot finish my review without talking about the bottomless bowls of soups and salads. Also the unending refills on sodas and other n/a drinks. This is a big bonus for anyone in this struggling economy. The portion sizes left me with 2 more meals, Very filling and delicious dinners. The quality and taste of the food was also beyond my expectations for the cost. With that in mind the quality, cost, portions, atmosphere and service make this restaurant 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend you take the whole family.
