I even seen him on my camera at work and said through it. Could you please put it where the delivery instructions say please??!! Ā Ā Ā Read morethis is the worst delivery company that has ever existed. any business i order from, if they use this company for delivery, i will not associate with that company again. i have talked to several call center associates, kevin. gabriel twice, carlos, will and dwight. there was an address corrction that had to be done, i was told it was taken care of and I would get a delivery at 24 to 48 hours. Each time I called they said for over a week I was told i would get the delivery in 24-48 hours. except dwight, he said 48-72 hours. checked the web site again, returned to warehouse. When I called to ask why it had been returned to the warehouse, I was told they didn't know. Apparently the driver can't read instructions, I verify the address was now correct, and the driver is just been driving around with my product for over a week and then decided to take it back to the warehouse. i have repeatedly asked for a supervisor, they tell me her name is Diane, she is also supposed to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, this is a lie. its been over a week, and still no call from her. So now I have no reason to believe anything other than this company is a giant scam that just wants your money. Makes the business you purchase from look bad because what kind of business would associate with this kind of company? So here I wait still no product, still no call from a supervisor, and supposedly now I have to wait another 5 to 10 business days to get a delivery. This company is a joke, there is no corporate number and they aren't willing to give you any additional information so you can contact corporate directly. There is no corporate number that can be found that works, I think the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau should take a look at this company and maybe shut it down. Because at this point I believe they've probably stolen my merchandise. Because this company has given me no other reason to believe anything other than that. But maybe Diane will call back before the end of time to give me some other lame lie about why I haven't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is my second experience with UniUni so-called 'delivery' company. To describe our 'delivery area' - we live in house, have a bell on the front door, mailbox in front of the house and an area sheltered from the rain, right in front of our door. Last two parcels were left on garden chairs in front of the house, in the rain and totally unprotected form the elements or potential thieves. Needless to say, both parcels were soaking wet from being exposed to the rain.
When I tried phoning the local UniUni phone number, I got through to their 'call center' in Montreal. Unfortunately, the first 'agent' I spoke to had such a bad English, that I simply could not understand him. And even worse - HE did not understand my simple questions! I speak five languages and a passable French but still, the agent did not understand what my complaint was about (I was just trying to find if UniUni drivers receive any training, after my horrible experiences...)
I called back again and ended up speaking to a lady who was only able to answer 'yes' and 'no' but, at least she did understand my questions. Both 'agents' were working from their home (NOT a call center, as their phone system announces), with shouting kids running in the background. Hardly an image a 'professional' delivery company should project.
Images attached to this post show my two parcels delivered and where they were left in the rain (our house number obscured for security reasons...). The one photo of the delivery driver and the happy lady is obviously just a misleading image - I have never seen a UniUni driver, they just drop the parcel anywhere and run as fast as they can.....
Absolutely horrible experience!
Additional information added to this review on April 9th:
I contacted the UniUni Vancouver Station Manager via email on March 13th, describing the whole ordeal in detail and asked for a reply. It has now been close to 4 weeks and no reply, explanation or apology was received. I guess UniUni management does not care about their absolutely dismal reviews...
